Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

SPRING BREAK POLICY - IBEROSTAR HOTELS AND RESORTS a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations.The valid period is March 1st, 2021 to April 30th, 2021. Spring Breakers
are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age. - One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required
per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behaviour. - In the event that any guest(s) engaging in inappropriate behavior, disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel
Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s)

STUDENT/YOUTH GROUPS POLICY - In order to maintain a family-oriented environment, Iberostar Hotels and Resorts will be implementing a policy directed at student/youth groups. Students/youth are considered by the hotel as any person between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy instituted for all bookings traveling in the months of March and April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:
- All student/youth groups must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
- In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

This was me and my husbands first time out the country.This hotel when you step in it had a beautiful aroma.I never went anywhere where a hotel you enter smells sooo good.The customer service was top notch. The hotel room was clean and very very spacious. The bathroom was beautiful with a beautiful tub. The balcony was the best with the beautiful couch in the swing and the views were beautiful. This was our first time out of all inclusive so it was definitely nice to be able to go down to the breakfast buffet. The food was very good. I would say the only thing that I did not enjoy was the fact that the pool area closed at 6 PM that is extremely early for a vacation this hotel is all adults. Why have the pool close at 6 PM too early.And also the beach the beach bar closed to early. The fact that everything close early it just makes you wanna go visit the other two neighboring hotels that stay open later that time really needs to be considered changed that is definitely a dealbreaker for me and going to this hotel. The Option of having room service 24 hours is a good thing. The food is just OK though I would say beautiful hotel but a little too quiet for me.

The Best Butler Service and A Nice Hotel!
We recently stayed at Iberostar Rose Hall and had an incredible experience, largely thanks to our amazing butler, Andre. From the moment we arrived, Andre went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His attention to detail and personalized service made a significant difference. He was always available to assist with our needs, whether it was making dinner reservations, providing recommendations for activities, or simply checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Every time he would see us he would ALWAYS check-in. He is also very respectful! Andre truly made us feel special and valued as guests during our stay for our Anniversary. His friendly demeanor and professionalism were a highlight of our trip. I can't thank him enough for making our stay memorable. I highly recommend Iberostar Rose Hall, and if you have the chance to work with Andre, you’re in for a treat! On the down side, the “sales people” waste your time trying to get you to sign up for something that has hidden fees amongst other problems with their sales show! That was the only downside of our trip, we wasted three hours and cannot get that back!

EXCEPTIONAL!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The experience at JOIA was amazing! From the pleasant informative check in with Gregory, exceptional professional service from our butlers Rushane and Jamie (Berris was adopted by us too! lol!), all the delicious food at the buffet and Surf and Turf, the stunning views from our balcony, fast room service delivery from Andre, the relaxing vibes at the relax pool and turn up music at the swim up bar, to the excellent spa services. Everything was absolutely perfect!!! Our butlers really impacted this trip. I’ve had butler service at other resorts, but this service was top notch! They went above and beyond for us and we truly appreciated them. We will be back real soon! 2 nights was not enough time, but we enjoyed every single minute.

Outstanding Service!!
I’ve been a loyal client of the Iberostar Joia since 2009 and what keeps me coming back are the truly outstanding employees. This trip was made more special under the care of our Butler Rushane, beyond and beyond the normal call of duty and with great care/attention to detail. The entire team in every roll are the greatest I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.

New ownership, overall service was good.
Nice resort. Friendly service. Good food. We had the best butlers Omar was very attentive and very nice to talk to about the island. He was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed desired for the day. He left an everlasting impression. Christopher was our evening butler. He was friendly and attentive as well. Bar service at the pool was hit or miss. The activities on the app did not always take place as stated. The sip and paint activity was nice and fun. We had a bad experience with room service for breakfast one day. So we decided to attend the buffet for breakfast the next day. However, we gave it another chance for breakfast and it was perfect. Overall the service has changed since being purchased by IHG, not as ellegant. Would I go back…definitely YES.
