Good rooms and pool with extended bar hours was a plus Would recommend to friends and Great location Chair service on beach would have been welcomed and more chairs as it’s a great beach

Wedding
Very good service. Just the dinner reservations were not user friendly and can be better. The people and staff were excellent. The buffet food could have been better.

Apr 21, 2025Grand Palladium Couples Vacation
We stayed as 2 adults at the Grand Palladium Vallarta for 9 days with 2 of them being travel days. Overall our experience at the resort was excellent with only minor inconveniences. The food was almost always excellent with the exception of the Japanese restaurant serving me a raw steak, but I think this was a fluke as I asked the server for rare and he may have mistook it for raw. The activities provided are all very good and a lot of fun if you are interested in that kind of thing. All the bartenders and drinks were great. Our room was clean, quiet and ready when we arrived 2 hours before check in which was amazing. All the staff at the resort are very professional and respectable. The pools are generally very clean and nice. The beach was great and ocean water was fun to be in. The shows at night are a bit of a hit and miss, some are very good and others are underwhelming, but the performers and staff that put them on are excellent and clearly passionate about what they do. There is quite a bit of walking around the resort but if you are someone with mobility issues, do your research about this resort before coming to it. We will definitely come back to the Grand Palladium Vallarta but want to check out other resorts at other destinations before we come back. Make sure to research everything the resort has to offer, rooms, restaurants, etc. before coming here to make sure it is right for you.

Great resort!
I stayed at this resort with my boyfriend for 9 days and it was fantastic overall! I was specifically interested in a resort that had lots of activities and if you download their app, there is a schedule with all of their activities for the day. They typically do 3 different fitness activities per day like water aerobics, yoga, Pilates, trampoline fitness, etc., as well as cooking lessons, drink making classes, and tequila tasting. The resort is huge so you'll get a ton of steps in a day. They also have multiple courts you can reserve to play tennis, pickleball, and padel. They have super entertaining shows every single night with very talented dancers. Booking tennis courts and dinner reservations are extremely easy on the app. The food is also fantastic! The Mexican and Italian restaurants were my favorites and we went to each of them twice during our stay. The staff are very kind, provide great service, and are always willing to help. I can't comment on anything relating to the family selection part of the resort as we don't have kids but for 2 adults who want to do lots of activities but also have time to relax by the pools or beach, this resort is a fantastic choice! However, if you're someone with mobility issues, DO YOUR RESEARCH, this resort is probably not for you. There is a ton of walking, sloped ground, and stairs with no elevators in the hotels or to the restaurants. I think I got about 16,000 steps per day. But for active individuals, this resort is great!

Service is a huge standout!
We came to the Grand Palladium 2 years ago and loved it so much that we returned for our honeymoon this past week (going home today). The first time we stayed in the Family Selection side with our young kids, and this time we stayed close to the adult pool since we didn’t bring the kids this trip. Both trips were very enjoyable! The rooms are good, the food and shows are both great, and the service is amazing! The staff here are top notch and a special shoutout to Bernardo at the adult pool bar! The friendliest guy and make sure you order a Bernardo special! Delicious with either tequila or vodka :) Can’t wait to come back again next year!
