Amazing Xcaret hotel and parks
I stayed for 2 nights wished I booked for longer The hotel is amazing you need to stay at least a week to appreciate it but you still won’t have time to explore the whole hotel that’s how big it is. All inclusive is a must as the parks and food and drink makes it worth it. Staff are so friendly and welcoming Xcaret hotel and parks is must when you come to Mexico. The Mexican people are amazing this is the best place in the world I have visited this was my my fifth visit hopefully I will visit again and stay much longer at the Xcaret hotel.

A Phenomenal Family Vacation
I had never heard of Hotel Xcaret in Mexico until I booked our trip. At the time, I didn’t even know how to pronounce “Xcaret,” let alone understand what the parks were all about. I was simply searching for an all-inclusive resort in Mexico that offered more than just beach and pool time for our kids — and this place seemed promising. It ended up exceeding my expectations by 1,000 percent. Initially, I was a bit concerned when I didn’t hear back from customer service via email about booking activities. What I didn’t realize was that the resort had just opened 900 new rooms and several new restaurants that same month. Thankfully, I was eventually able to reach guest services by phone and booked one excursion to Xel-Há and a dinner reservation — figuring the buffet options would work well for our family anyway. I arrived with minimal knowledge and fairly low expectations, but from the moment we landed in Cancun, I was blown away. The level of service, hospitality, and organization was remarkable — from airport check-in and the bus ride to the resort, to hotel check-in and settling into our room, everything was seamless. We were lucky to have a wonderful concierge, Roxanne, who sat down with us to help plan our week and finalize our itinerary, instantly putting our minds at ease. We ended up doing four parks in four days — a lot, but the kids were in heaven. Transportation to and from the parks was incredibly efficient; we never waited more than a minute for a bus. The food at every restaurant impressed us, and the staff’s kindness and attention to detail went far beyond what we expected. If we had one regret, it’s that we didn’t have more time to explore the hotel itself, or visit all of the parks! We discovered the photo package midway through our stay and wished we had taken more time to capture memories (this was an incredible added benefit for visitors) — but we were constantly on the go. Our room was beautiful, and we loved seeing iguanas, monkeys, and other wildlife right outside. We didn’t get a chance to try room service (though it seemed to be a hit with others in our wing), or ride the boats, relax by the ocean, or swim in the river at the resort. Bottom line: families will never run out of things to do here. It was an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to return.
