We love coming here but feel the rooms need updating. Beds are uncomfortable. Need more pillows/blankets. There was mouse poop in the room and the keycard to the room stopped working everyday after house cleaning used their keycards

The vibe here is fantastic as is the beach, and service. The food is good quality although not a huge selection compared to some resorts. We'd prefer a more comprehensive room service menu. The entertainment is great and we'll certainly be back.

Wonderful
Excellent trip. First trip Mexico and to the RIU Palace Mexico and can’t wait to come back. Service, food, drinks, grounds & hospitality amazing. Rooms are a little dated but are you really in your room that much. We will be back.

An Experience
This vacation was for a spring break with family. I really enjoy myself with my son's first time in Mexico and out of the states. This was a wonderful and exciting event for him. It was very relaxing, yet eventful at the same time. The staff was excellent and very helpful, providing the best service that I have experience in a long time. I definitely recommend this place and will return to any RIU Resort expecting that they all provide this exceptional service. Thank you for the Experience!!!

Loved every minute
We stayed for 11 nights during April 25 and have had a fantastic holiday. The hotel itself is wonderful, although it could use some TLC. We found the atmosphere generated here, both during the day and evening was just perfect. The staff were all exceptional and the entire hotel felt very clean. The food was incredible and the fact that you can now use any restaurant without needing to book was great for us as we like to eat early when it is less busy. We also went across the road to the Riu Tequila for the White Party, which was great fun. Looking to forward to returning to a Riu Hotel in the future.
