Ocean view is Awesome, but that's it!. Alot of backwards planning of this hotel. The canbans with privacy curtains are on the kiddie pool side and the open canbans are where all the noise is at. Absolutely no nite life. Plumbing gurggles all day & nite. If you can't speak Spanish, they can't understand you. I had an incident on my birthday at the steak house ($300 dinner for 2) and was told they couldn't give me any partial refund for the Roaches that wanted share my plate with me! Instead offered the $255 cabana #107( I thought was strange but went for it) turns out the cabana was broke on the left side and did not have privacy ! It came with lobster tails that were way over cooked , shrimp on a stick, overcooked scallops & fish civeche oh and a bottle of white wine. THUMBS DOWN

The entire resort was beautiful. Concierge was very helpful and attentive. Really made my experience enjoyable and relaxing. Food was very good. I would love to come back after the remodel, I was that impressed! The up-keeping with the pools were on point.

Entertainment excellent
It’s a greatest resort for me, I have the great experience with the guys of entertainment, Danny Flow, Sayani, Sara and Esme, I hope come back soon. Thanks for everything, you’re the best. Esme and Sara are the best teachers, we love the energy of this team, we’re think come back when the resort open again.

Our home away from home
This was our 6th time at Paradisus Cancun and we love this place like a second home. We requested Galdino as our concierge and we have utilized him multiple times, he is the best and always takes care of everything we need... You can't beat the beaches, location and the staff, they make the whole trip... Seeing the warm faces year after year is always special... Big shout out to Victor at the pool who always sets us up at the pool, if you are going staying at the Reserve is a no brainer... You get access to Sante, the reserve bar and atrium and 2 days of cabana beds for a minimal up charge..... Our last night we had Cielo and Mosies and Chef David were great! There are some rooms and things that are outdated, sad to see the hotel close but can't wait to see when it reopens... I urge the Hotel to take care of the staff and make sure they retain as many people as possible when they reopen

THE BEST VACATION!!!!!
We came to celebrate my sister in laws 40th Birthday at Paradisus Cancun " The Reserve" adult only side and we can't say enough great things about our stay. From having our own concierge Named Manuel who was incredible, from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome, He was extremely attentive. He made all our Reservations for restaurant, boat cruise, greeted us with messages every morning and evening with his schedule for the day. I requested a cake for my sister which he gladly accommodated us with. We had fruit and wine to welcome us and strawberries and champagne as a good bye. The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful, with stunning views of the ocean. Stocked mini fridge every day with drinks, tray of snacks also daily filled. 24 hour room service. The buffet food was excellent , they had something for everyone and they had many varieties. We loved the lemon fish restaurant it's fusion and Peruvian food was worth the hype. You must make reservations because it books quickly. The drinks throughout the resort were great and so was the service at the pool. everyone so friendly and attentive. The beach was so clean and clear. You can expect the same service there. Drinks and food can be ordered no need to rush you always find beach chairs to lounge. The resort's amenities were fantastic, when you book the reserve side it comes with a sunset Cruise and hydrotherapy spa which did wonders for us. We had the sauna, vapor room, cold plunge, it was magical. We would highly recommend The Reserve Paradisus Cancun to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation!
