My wife and I enjoy our stay everything was great, food, recreations, the room were super clean our stay was amazing, but the best part was are Concierge he make the Anniversary trip feel like a dream Mr Cristian we appreciate you going the extra mile for us , and thank you for the Sancocho Excellent.

Cristian Made Our Trip – A True Gem in a Disappointing Hotel Stay
While our experience at the hotel itself was far from ideal, Cristian completely turned things around for our family. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond—attentive, kind, and always anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Despite the hotel's many shortcomings, Cristian made sure we felt cared for every single day. He took on responsibilities well outside his role, just to ensure our family was comfortable and happy. His level of service, professionalism, and genuine warmth stood out in a big way. Cristian truly made this family trip memorable, and we can’t thank him enough. If the hotel had more staff like him, it would be a completely different experience. Thank you, Cristian—you’re the reason we left with smiles on our faces!

Jul 28, 2025Wedding was not what we thought it would be.
Room was great, facility was clean, very few staff spoke much English, some spoke none. Food was not a 5 Star quality. My daughter-in-law made reservations for the restaraunt months in advance, and the reservations were "lost", not accomodated, it was very disappointing. She double and triple checked with staff, and was told all was in order. Room service was horrible. I asked for 6 bottles of Perrier water Tuesday morning, and NEVER received it. I left the resort on Saturday. We ordered meals at 11:00pm, and did not get them until 1:30am.

Beautiful resort, food and service were sub-par
The resort and pool were very nice. The food was below expectation and the service was inconsistent, most of our group became ill and never left the resort. Some of the staff was exceptional and some was poor. The beer and liquor were low quality and the waitstaff was non-existent at the pool after lunch. The beach was nice except for the constant harassment by both hotel employees and random people trying to sell trinkets and services. The activities both during the day and night were the highlight.

Great get away great service
This was a great place to stay the service is overwhelming (in a good way). The drinks kept flowing the food was good loved the steak house and breakfast buffet so many selections. If you have a chance visit this place..
