Exceptional experience we love spent time at this resort, food was good, we enjoyed the French, Italian and the breakfast buffet a lot, the entertainment crew was fantastic: ALL of them were so happy, full and joy and you can tell they are here to make the costumer happy. I rate our experience 5/5 probably couples here to improve here and there (food) but the staff made this experience totally unforgettable.

Great experience, definitely we will do it again!
We took this trip as a family and we enjoyed every single moment, the resort is small but that makes it perfect, is super laid back and the entertainment team is wonderful: Marielys, Hector, Red; Pedro, Valentin, Yatitza the massage therapist every single person made this experience better of what we expected.

Relaxing
Yrani was out butler she arranged room change after being in construction side after that the hotel was relaxing, restaurants were great and aqua club was top noch. We loved activities and we ll be back with family friends and followers Comptom and ATL were our favorite

GREAT BY FAR
This is our third day here at the resort, and we’re absolutely loving it! Hector has been incredibly attentive—he answered all of our questions and made us feel so welcome from the start. The hospitality has been top-notch. The food is also amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway! 🏖️🍽️🌞

Choose David the butler
The resort is very nice. All the staff was extremely nice especially the butler David. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. He is making my stay very memorable and I will recommend him to all of my social group. Will definitely come back.
