The resort was fabulous! The food was great! The staff were so attentive! Our butler, Alex, was truly amazing!! We were treated like royalty & were catered to in every possible way! Again with the staff, from the welcoming & check-in to entertainment people (red) to our bartenders & wait staff, sooo awesome! We’re already talking about our next trip there!

Exceptional Resort Experience — Top 3 Out of 30+ Visited
This resort delivered some of the best food I’ve ever had while traveling. The flavors were rich, bold, and memorable—better than meals I’ve paid extra for at other resorts. The steaks, in particular, were perfectly cooked and seasoned. While an optional premium steak offering could be a nice enhancement for those looking to elevate their dining experience, the current menu already far exceeds expectations. The pool is beautifully designed, with thoughtful sun-blocking features that enhance comfort throughout the day, and the swim-up rooms provide a luxurious and convenient way to enjoy the resort. The staff across the property were exceptional, but I want to give special recognition to three individuals who truly stood out. Eric, our butler, was hands down the best I’ve ever had at any resort. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and professionalism made our stay seamless and elevated every part of the experience. Pedro, our waiter, was extraordinary. His service was so impressive that restaurants gladly arranged for him to serve us each evening by request—a testament to both his skill and his genuine care. He ranks among the finest waiters I’ve encountered in any country. Carlos, the bartender at the main pool, brought energy and warmth to every interaction. His drinks were outstanding, and his personality made him a favorite among guests—everyone at the pool knew and loved him. One suggestion for the resort: consider installing martin gourd birdhouses on the back side of the buildings to attract more purple martins (black and blue martins), which we observed around the main pool feeding on mosquitoes and insects. Enhancing their presence would help naturally reduce mosquitoes and improve the guest experience even further. This property stands out as one of my top 3 resort stays out of over 30 I’ve visited. A truly exceptional experience—well done to the entire team.

Relax and kick back with ease and style
Initial impressions- you walk in and the smell hits you- heavenly high end relaxation. If that were a smell- Live Aqua has captured it! The staff anticipates your every desire before you do! Eric was a fabulous butler, and Pedro was the best food service waiter we’ve ever had!! The facilities are very sleek and beautiful, rooms are equipped with all the comforts of home and definitely a few extras! Highly recommend this all inclusive resort in the DR- best time we’ve had there.

What great place to stay!
Wow, this is a great trip best place we have stayed in Dominican Republic. The resort is a 10 out of 10. Eric the Butler 10 out of 10 could not ask for a better experience. Pedro our waiter followed us from restaurant to restaurant and gave us a 10 out of 10 experience at our dining. We will definitely return and ask for these guys to help us.

Great Resort
This was my first all inclusive resort that I’ve stayed in and it literally was the best . This resort makes me never want to book an airbnb again . Our butler Eric was very welcoming and helpful anything we needed he made sure to handle it for us! I would definitely choose to stay here again and ask for Eric to be our butler again !!
