If you and your partner want a GREAT place just for Adults, then LIVE AQUA is where you want to be. CLEAN! SAFE! FRIENDLY! GENUINE! FUN! ACTIVITIES! PRIVACY! 24 HOUR SERVICES! The Butlers Jose And Junior were Amazing...Nicole always had our roo. Ready and smelling brand new...Natividad from tour my brother...Angela and Natividad who always made my juices EXCELLENTLY. Jacquelyn from breakfast always made our morning Fun and without want for anything...Janitza and Alexander were the first two who welcomed us with genuine acceptance and friendship the whole vacation...Josue from the beach services was absolutely 💯....Alex the Life guard was always on point and ready to save lives...Pedro the pool cleaner superb and peaceful and discreet...and Eric...Pedro...Ricky...Lino...Rosa from the ice cream and cakes never greeted us without and grand hello and ready to serve us the BEST...Estephani from the store Super duper awesome...THIS WHOLE TRIP WAS AMAZING GOD WILLING WE'LL BE BACK SOON...THANK YOU SO MUCH WHAT A GREAT TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS

Apr 21, 2025Beautiful resort with a wonderful staff
The staff here are wonderful! Breakfast was the best part of my day. Yohangel was awesome and took care of us every morning! Rooms were nice but a small mildew smell in rooms. Beds were comfortable and swim up pool was nice. Need more restaurant options and a little more to do. Evenings were a little slow for my taste but still had a very relaxing trip.

Unbelievable!
The Most Incredible Vacation – Can’t Wait to Go Back! We just returned from an 8-day stay at Live Aqua Punta Cana, and all I can say is WOW. This was one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever had — from the food, to the drinks, to the atmosphere, to the incredible staff that made every day feel like coming home. Let’s start with the food — absolutely amazing. Don’t believe any reviews that say otherwise. We enjoyed every single meal we had! Our top spots were the ceviche bar, the Mediterranean, the French, and the Italian restaurants — each one better than the last. And if you’re craving something comforting, Compton has the best pub food. Do not skip the mozzarella sticks or the pizza. You’ll thank me later! The drinks were just as incredible. Every cocktail was crafted with care and served with a smile. Huge shoutout to whoever curates the drink menu — and please, please add Rafael’s Honeymoon to the list. It was the best drink I’ve ever had. Hands down. The attention to detail and love that went into every drink we had really stood out. Our room was peaceful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We had a small issue with our shower the first day, and it was fixed right away — no hassle, no wait. The housekeeping team is top notch, providing daily cleaning and an evening turndown service that was such a lovely touch. Our fridge was always stocked, and we never ran out of water bottles. Now for the heart and soul of the resort — the staff. I honestly can’t say enough about how warm, friendly, and joyful everyone was. Every single person we encountered made us feel so welcomed and cared for. A few standouts we were lucky to spend the most time with: Maria, Rafael, Dario, Jonny, Rosa, Vanessa, Adrian and Jesus — I absolutely adore these people and will truly miss seeing them every day. You can tell how much they love what they do and how much they care about each guest’s experience. Their smiles, laughter, and genuine kindness were the highlight of our trip. Special shoutout to everyone at the lobby bar and the disco — your energy was infectious, and your service unmatched. We were just as excited to spend time with the staff as we were to relax and explore. We would come back just to see them again — they’re that amazing. If you're considering a trip, stop thinking and just book it. You won’t regret a minute of it. Live Aqua Punta Cana stole our hearts, and we can’t wait to return.

I love live aqua the staff are amazing and kind the food are great like 9/10 the drinks 8/10 and the entertainment team make yours vacations funny and incredible Jesus and he team stay every day making activities by the pool and beach and all night they have different shows

Amazing place
This was our first ever all inclusive resort. We had an amazing time! They provide things to do during the day and always have live music and more fun in the evening. We had the pleasure of having Yohangle and Yaquerim take care of us for most our breakfast and lunch services!! Definitely recommend asking for them when you get a table!! The pools were great, the beach was beautiful!! We had the swim up pool and they cleaned it out every morning. Had issue with our jacuzzi not working and they were right on it and had it fixed in no time! We had a cabana at the beach for 1 day and used the lounge chairs at the pool or beach after. Food was good, we didn't get to try the Mexican or sushi place though. Our favorite was the Italian and the fish tacos at the hut by the beach.
