The whole property has themed oriented by movies and Hollywood stars all over the place. You can also find interesting quotes inside the rooms by celebrities. Colors combined with purple, grays, and white inside the rooms give an elegant and dynamic atmosphere. Each room has reflected on the floor the initials PH at the entrance.

Jul 29, 2025It was the best of times, and the worst
Visited July 21-28 I preface by saying that I’m a frequent traveller to Mexico and certainly not fussy. Per many of the reviews, Planet Hollywood’s food and service were the highlights of the trip. The buffet and a la carte restaurants offered many options, and the food was flavourful. The staff were attentive and the activities were plentiful. The gym is amazing and the water activities are fantastic! Yes! Many areas do require renovations. The rooms and common areas are in need of paint, mortar, caulking, replacement lights, and new signage. Not the end of the world. Prior to booking, we read many reviews discussing illness. This was also accurate. My girlfriend was sick for three days (vomiting, lethargy, headache) and it obviously spoiled the vacation. Keep in mind, we are not drinkers. Likewise, the day after returning home, I also have the same symptoms. Unlucky? Not sure, but unfortunately, it will be our lasting impression of Planet Hollywood Adult Scene.

We had a wonderful time with family. We have never experienced such an amazing service at an all inclusive resort. Our butlers Javi and Mafer were beyond excellent. They were both so very helpful and gave it their all to make our stay a memorable one.

Beautiful resort and friendly staff! Rooms were nice and cool!
Great atmosphere! Rooms nice and spacious. Ivan kept the drinks coming! Great service and excellent food!! Delicious grilled burgers at poolside! Lots to do on this resort! Really enjoyed the performances and the movie theater afterwards! We stayed on the Adult Scene! Best vacation! Definitely recommend the swim up rooms!

GOOD TIMES :)
I had a very good time during my seven day stay. I enjoyed the activities led by the entertainment team. Josue and Wicho were very kind and welcoming. I enjoyed dancing and singing as well as playing games. I loved the blue lagoon and how it is a little cavern where I could get drinks and chill to relax out of the sun. Pretty much all the food I had was great and the service was overall great from the waitstaff. I appreciated how professional the service was even when people were super overwhelmed by swarms of people at the bars and restaurants. Thank you for a good time!

We were a group of 9 friends, 4 rooms, adult side, building 14. The rooms really impressed us, 2 closets, 2 sinks in the bathroom, a huge shower, confortable king-size beds. Easy check-in, check-out Food was amazing, we were able to eat breakfast, lunch and dinners at 'a la carte' restaurants, haven't tried the buffet myself, but my friends loved it. Restaurant reservations for a group of 9 was a bit complicated, but we were able to eat all together almost every night. Our favorite : Indian. Our least favorite : Mexican. Unfortunately, the beach wasn't nice because of the sargassum, but the hotel did try to clean up most days. Animation and shows were great. Plenty of activities to choose from, we particularly loved the lazy river, the water was fresh and the bar in the middle is a nice touch ;-)
