The whole property has themed oriented by movies and Hollywood stars all over the place. You can also find interesting quotes inside the rooms by celebrities. Colors combined with purple, grays, and white inside the rooms give an elegant and dynamic atmosphere. Each room has reflected on the floor the initials PH at the entrance.

We enjoyed our stay, we did not encounter any of the things mentioned in negative reviews. We stayed in building 21, Star class. We thought the staff and food were great and we always had a subbed but we are naturally early risers. The beach always had open chairs and the pool star class pool was hit or miss. Thanks Luisa, Juan and Marco.

Great service, very pleasant work and person, permitting. Thank you very much. And Hilen is very nice she is amazing good service every time. I hope will come back soon. And the food is amazing to is very good delicious 😋 I love the food. Daughter loved your kids club.

5 star because of our Butler!!!
I gave the 5 stars because of out Butler Edwar. He was phenomenal!! We had a swim out room on the first floor outside of the pool and had excellent access to everything. We had a large group and he really worked with us to try to get us group reservations at the restaurants, even though they will not take more than five most of the time! He was present daily to help us with anything that we needed checking in with us several times a day!!

Amazing Food, Staff, and Memories!!
The service and staff were all amazing and happy to be there. I had the best time at the “East Hibachi” restaurant with Alejandro, Martin, and Daniel as our waiters/chef. Our butler Jerry and his crew were also incredibly nice and attentive.

Good family Vacay
The resort is beautiful, and well maintained. The food is pretty good, the italian restaurant was my favorite. The gym is probably the nicest hotel gym i’ve ever been in! The only thing is changes in policy, the flow rider was told that it was included in our plan, but ended up costing extra. That being said the girls (abby and Arieth) at the gym did a fantastic job talking to us about the plans, and making us reservations at the gym. There’s stuff for the kids, and parents it’s a pretty family friendly vacation without being boring at all!
