This place is fabulous, from the views to the people, it was wonderful. Marco, made the most fantastic smoothies and was so much fun to talk to. He, along with all the other staff, made this getaway the best trip I’ve ever had. Thanks Live Aqua!

Amazing experience with my family
Very nice rooms, outstanding bathroom, outstanding restaurants, outstanding staff, very convenient location, very high quality food at all sites. I had an amazing time and i would most definitely come back. They put an incredible amount of effort in setting up the outside buffet with the mexican dinner dance; it was phenomenal and the food was VERY high quality. The breakfast buffet is an outsanding experience as well.

Fantastic food and service
The chefs and service here are amazing! Ernesto Palapa took such good care of us and even promised me a birthday surprise at his restaurant tonight. We got to meet William, Ernesto, Angel, Mateo and Manuel by the pool. They were so sweet and inviting. The food and service here has been better than any other all inclusive we’ve been to. 10/10!!

Live Aqua - Cancún Adventures - Great Companies
My wife and I did two excursions with Cancun Adventures (CA). We had a great time. So relaxed on the trip a week past before I realized I had left my shoes somewhere on the last excursion, likely in Tulum after swimming with the turtles. Skeptical and believing odds were about 1% I would ever see my shoes again, I went to the CA service desk at Live Aqua where we booked the trips. I met Rafael Zebadua with CA and rather than scoffing at me for the time that had passed before reporting the shoes missing, he made one phone call and within a few minutes shows me a photo of my shoes. Shoes were delivered to our room at Live Aqua in less than two hours! When I expressed great surprise, Rafael made a comment I will never forget. He says, “Mr. High we are a serious company”. Rafael, yes you are! Thank you to you and CA for the great trips and for being such an honorable and professional company. You have my respect and highest recommendation for anyone interested in excursions in Cancun! Kirk
