I have been to Cancun before, but live aqua blows the other resort out of the water! The rooms were beautiful and so clean. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job. We had the pleasure of eating a special tasting menu by chef William at MB. It was the best meal I have ever had. Our poolside waiter, David, orchestrated it for us and another couple we met the day before. It was so special! The staff is amazing. Everyone is helpful, friendly and genuinely happy to provide the best service. These folks become your friends and family during your stay. Our butler, Ernesto set up dinner reservations for us almost every night which helped ease our minds when it came to dinner time. Guillermo in the aqua club was fantastic with so much charisma. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Amazing food, amazing trip.
Service, amazing! Staff, amazing! Food is unbelievable! Our first time to Mexico and we have had a fantastic experience. Compliments to William, our superb Chef @ MB. Habenaro Soup exceeded it's reputation and the surf & turf dinner was the best I've ever had. Everyone deserves this experience.

Live aqua stay
Absolutely delicious meal at MB. Chef William is the best of the best. Best meal of the trip by far. Live aqua overall was more than we expected. Very relaxing and great food everyday. Room was great, staff is very accommodating. Will definitely come back!

Can’t wait to come back!
My husband and I came to celebrate my 60th birthday. We had the best time. We spent three days at the pool and when I tell you Edouard was the best! He made sure we were taken care of and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Made to Feel at Home—Thanks to David and Our Cabana Star!
We had such a wonderful experience thanks to the incredible service we received during our stay. A special shoutout to Juan Santos, our server at the restaurant, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He was incredibly down to earth and genuine. What stood out the most was how kindly and patiently he spoke in Spanish with my husband, encouraging him and helping him practice the little Spanish he knows—it meant a lot and added such a personal, thoughtful touch to our time there. We also want to recognize David, our amazing cabana server. Not only did he take great care of us every time we were there, but he also took the time to share stories with us and listen to ours—it felt like we were talking to an old friend. That kind of connection is rare and made our experience so much more meaningful. They were so down to earth and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Every time we returned, they remembered us and made us feel right at home. These little moments of kindness and genuine care made our stay extra special. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
