Jul 30, 2025Quiet and Peaceful Getaway
It took me a while to write this review because I struggled with the number of stars to give them. I'll talk about some of the POSITIVES Food: A variety of food options, Thai, Steakhouse, pizza, etc. We didn't repeat any restaurants. The food was great. There is something for everyone. Spa: OMG probably the best part of the whole vacation. The staff was super friendly. My boyfriend said the massage he got from Valencia was amazing and she worked out some kinks that he had for a while. We spent the day at the spa and left sooo relaxed. The sauna, steam room, and whirlpool were amazing. If we decide to go back it will be because of the spa. The entire resort was peaceful and quiet. Staff: Villa 64 (Andrea, Antonio, and Francisco) and 62 (Maggie and Alexx) staff were amazing. Provided us with information about the resort and made sure we knew what was going on with regard to activities. Activities: Plenty of activities to be as busy as you want to be. They had a silent party, chocolate tasting, bingo, etc. We didn't do much because we were most interested in relaxing. Room: It looked exactly as pictured. There was no bait and switch here. It was nice to have the private pool. We for sure got our moneys worth out of it. Pool: They infinity pool was really nice and we were able to find chairs to lay out on. Beach: Not really a beach person so didn't spend much time out there; except when we first got there to take a tour. NEGATIVE: The only negative worth talking about was the mattress. Unfortunately that was the WORST mattress we have ever slept on in a hotel/resort. Holiday Inn has better mattresses. You could tell that it should have been retired a long time ago. Now we did let them know and the brought a thick mattress topper to go on the mattress, which only helped a little and by then the damage was already done. I should have taken a pic because you could see the large dip in it. Waking up not rested on a relaxing vacation was no fun. We stayed 5 night and I swear I was glad to be leaving so I could get a comfy nights rest. WOULD WE RETURN: Maybe.

This place was amazing until our last night. I was packing and a roach came out from under the mirror. Hadn’t seen any others just the one.

The best holiday we have ever had
We booked TRS Yucatan for our honeymoon and we had the most amazing time. Everything from the place, the location, the food, the people was absolutely top notch! We cannot wait to come back once we are child free again. Thank you everyone for making our holiday and honeymoon so very special

Wow wow wow
From the moment we stepped into TRS Yucatan, we just knew we would be having the holiday of a lifetime. The accommodation, the grounds, the facilities, the food, the chilled vibe and most importantly the incredible staff made our 2 weeks there so memorable. We loved the fact that you can use all of the hotels in the complex so you are spoiled for choice in terms of restaurants, bars, entertainment and pools. We will definitely be back to TRS, and that couldn't come soon enough!

Couples Birthday trip
Everything was amazing, Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My favorite was Helios for breakfast, the 24hour bar for lunch and the steak house in the colonial building for dinner! All of the services offered was amazing. I would definitely go back.
