Jul 30, 2025Dreamy Romantic Week with Delicious Foood
We stayed at TRS Coral Hotel for a romantic week. At dinner, we had a magical experience at El Gaucho restaurant. We were served by Roberto, Eduardo, and Mario. All of them were so attentive and made the dinner so fun. Mario surprised us with a fiery dessert that was amazing! We had the flank steak with gnocchi, chef Ángel made everything so delicious 😋. He's an artist with food, clearly he enjoys his craft. While TRS is a dreamy experience, this team at El Gaucho went above and beyond to make our romantic week here memorable in so many ways.

We had a lovely 2weeks here in july butlers jimmy and tarek amazing we loved u guys done everything for us hotel rooms were beautiful spotless clean pool area damien u are the best guy done everything for us we miss u u deserve the stars all the pool day activities were so fun all restaurants were amazing at trs side chic show was good but food couldn’t eat it wasnt nice the indian on the palladium side was lovely beach was beautiful all loungers by pool very comfy we had cabana for two days was amazing there was a couple of days entertainment at pool side was brilliant night entertainment wasnt good really only place we could go was roof top bar was ok but not what u expect for 5 star hotel we had a beautiful holiday and all the staff here are smiling and welcome u every single one food delicious breakfast lunch dinner trs side paddle boards were fun with leo and another waiter he called himself speedy gon alice older gentleman keep being u u are so fun lovely man hotel is beautiful well sat on lovely beach only thing i was disappointed in need more entertainment day and especially night need live bands dancers singers disco guitarist foam party beach party this is what u get 5 star in Cancun so id say lacks professional shows roof top bar was ok but not 5 star entertainment the shows on like magic show or silent disco was so boring its adults only get great acts on and this could be a no 1 hotel only entertainment this hotels lacks everything else amazing

Megg and Naysin best butlers ever
Megg and Naysin set the highest standard for customer service. I couldn’t imagine Grand Palladium or TRS having better butlers. They set up all our dinner reservations, provided us with sparkling wine, fruit, and the best birthday cake. When my wife wasn’t feeling well, Megg brought her drinks to help with an upset stomach. Some may expect this type of service but what I didn’t mention was their outstanding attitude every time we saw them.

The food needs to be better I feel like and need real Mexican food. The classes were fun too. I feel like we need a button for the golf cars a d boats and etc.
