    The spa was amazing ! Mirna and Roberto at spa were the best! Made sure we had everything we needed and handled us with care and made us feel like royalty!!!!

    Beware!!!!

    I would not recommend this hotel due to serious issues with their billing and complete lack of professionalism in resolving them. Both I and my friend were double charged for our stay. While the hotel did acknowledge the mistake, the refund process has been unnecessarily difficult, slow, and incredibly frustrating and 9 months later, I still have not received my $3,000. Myself and my lawyer have made multiple attempts to follow up, but responses have been vague or delayed, and we’re still waiting for the issue to be resolved. It’s unacceptable to make guests chase after their own money for an error the hotel admitted to. Be very cautious when booking here—check your credit card statements carefully, and don’t expect prompt or helpful customer service if something goes wrong. This experience has completely overshadowed our stay.

    We had a great experience at the Bikini Bar thanks to our server, Rodrigo Ramirez. He was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful during our visit. Rodrigo went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and even gave us great tips about upcoming events at the resort that we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. His energy and professionalism really stood out and made our time there even more enjoyable. If you’re visiting Fiesta Americana in Cabo, be sure to stop by the Bikini Bar and ask for Rodrigo you won’t be disappointed!

    Extremely Dissapointed

    Stay: June 29, 2025 - July 11, 2025 Hotel Confirmation: R008368762 Room # 201 On the evening of THE 4th night at 12 midnight: As I got up to go to the bathroom, my feet sank into water up to my ankle. I thought I was dreaming. It had rained and my room was flooded. After numerous phone calls to the front desk, someone finally showed up and was not helpful at all. After additional calls to the front desk, by 1:15 AM, I was finally able to get a new room: Room # 402. No one to help. I had to repack all my belongings and cart them two floors to the new room. The door to the new room would not open. Took another 30 minutes to get that resolved. Did not get to the new room and unpacked by 3:30 AM. Could not sleep the rest of the night and was extremely frustrated. My suitcase and its contents and other items on the floor were waterlogged and severely damaged. I asked to see a manager and was told contact one the next day. The next morning: 9:30 AM Manager: Ms. Ada Rodriguez I Was told that she was busy and wait. After 35 minutes, she showed up. Explained the entire event and requested compensation for damages and the trouble I had experienced. Her response was that she had to check with high level managers and will promptly get back to me. She also would not give me her phone # or email for me to contact her for a follow up. No additional response from Ms. Rodriguez on the following days. I attempted to get a hold of her at the front desk on several occasions on the following days. Same answer each time: She is busy but will get back to you as soon as she can. To sum it up: She never contacted me and I was not able to get a hold of her for a resolution. Summary of my overall experience at the resort: 1- Management hides in their office and ignores requests from customers. They are fire-walled by the front desk staff. 2- Staff personnel spend more time on their cell phones rather than helping customers. 3- Hard push and sales tactics to sell time shares. 4- Dining/Cuisine: Hit and miss. Not consistent. 5- Alcoholic beverages: Second shelf brands. Top shelf only for guests with a membership. 6- Rooms are dated. Pictures on web site are from when the facility was new. 7- Entertainment in the evening with the exception of one or two are underwhelming. If you like "nursing home" entertainment, you will enjoy it. 8- The place is a "mill": It's all about the numbers. The want you in and out with mediocre and substandard service and experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND................................
