Jul 30, 2025You can have an enjoyable time, but you can do better.
This like many resorts is past it's prime and in need of updates. None of the rooms resemble the pictures. It's at the point of old where no amount of cleaning appears clean. The upgrade they offered my friend was instead a nightmare, the shower was only outside and the tub inside was broken. Housekeeping did not regularly restock anything, the towels in my room were dirty but 'folded'. On the plus side, the coffee shop was excellent. Food was good most of the time but you really have to be careful what you order. They can scrap the entire Italian restaurant. All the juice was horribly artificial which is sad because there was no shortage of fresh fruit so why there is powdered juice is beyond me. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the entertainment was nice.

Had a great time at The Grand Palladium Food at the buffets was great, Jerk hut food fantastic great. Service from staff was great. And great service from Mr Miles at the bar!

Great for families!
Great stay. Tbh one of the best vacations in terms of location, hospitality, food, rooms, staff, entertainment. The grounds are beautiful and the food was top notch. The fish at the Xamaica restaurant - delicious. The kids loved the POP (People of Palladium) with great activities for the kids during the day. Tashae and her co worker did a great painting activity. Definitely will be back!!

Beautiful resort! Great people!!!
Employees very helpful, especially at the pool!! Very friendly! Food was delicious. Bartenders were generous with alcohol.
