Disappointed!
I have stayed Paradisus resort many times. At this time, I am so disappointed many things. The room size is great. It is big enough and roomy. Air conditioning worked great. But the room wasn’t clean enough. The first day, I had to call maintenance for cleaning the shower. It was moldy and soap scummed. Overall the facilities were not clean as used to be. The pond that is near the main entrance, it seems hasn’t been cleaned for long time. I saw mold and oils flowing at the pool. I never seen this dirtyness before. There weren’t enough staffs too. I have to wait for so long for just getting a drink at the pools and buffet. Staff’s were used to be walk around offers drink but only a few staffs covers so many customers. Reserved restaurants’ tables weren’t full but they always said fully booked. The most important! Do Not Buy Circle Membership!!! I bought it 3 years ago.It is so hard to use. It is too complicated for customers to using this program. Melia and Circle are two different things. I am a Circle member but I had to convert to Melia point because the customer service told me to. I didn’t have any benefits or differences being a member. Check BBB and reviews about Circle membership first. I am so regretting. I already paid $20K for the membership but I still had to pay a fortune. I had to come otherwise, I lost my points. With hassles for using my membership, the resort’s cleanses and services were disappointed. I really want to get out the membership so I don’t need to come back to Paradise.

This hotel is great in quality and size. One of the best in the area by far , staff is very professional and trained in multiple languages

The place nice everyday some activities happened the food is good clean more choices to eat the room is clean and nice ! but when you come to restaurant reservation to be served that's sucks the waitress they serve you the way they look at you they are judgment specially the stick house my reservation dinner @8:00 pm I showed up 7:50 until 8:37 no body come hour tables to take orders we get hour food in the table 10:25 pm I told them my reservation for anversery but they don't give a dam about you

Incredible Family Experience, Staff Made It Unforgettable!
Our stay at this resort was absolutely fantastic , truly one of the best family trips we’ve ever taken, and that’s largely thanks to the exceptional staff. The Family Concierge team was phenomenal. Our main concierge, Carolina, was incredible, kind, attentive, and always one step ahead of our needs. We also worked with Fransua, who was equally amazing. Both were warm, personable, and consistently ensured we had top-tier service. We also want to shout out Lisette, who wasn’t even our assigned concierge but still went out of her way to help us with orientation and ensured we enjoyed a special dinner at the members-only restaurant. Above and beyond! Miguel spoke with us about Melia Circle membership and was such a vibe, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable and pressure-free. A special mention goes to Juan from the entertainment team, his energy was unmatched! He brought every activity to life and absolutely served when it came to dancing, games, and hyping up the crowd. So much fun! We also had the pleasure of being served by Dio at several restaurants, a true class act. Professional, gracious, and always made our meals feel elevated. From the entertainment to the dining to the genuine friendliness of every staff member we encountered, this trip felt like being with family. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was warm, and we felt cared for every step of the way. We’re already thinking about our return. Highly recommend, especially for families looking for both relaxation and fun! *We went as a family of 5. Parents and 3 kids including a teen and even she LOVED it!
