Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. People were very welcoming. Well organized. The food, entertainment, well done. From the bar, to the grill, to the towels dispensary, to the spa, to the desk workers EXCELLENT. Manuel the entertainer was the highlight for me. The bartender Demitri was patient with me. Explaining the different drinks. The servers Carlos, Anthony, two other young ladies by the pool. Red bun and the petite who did the games. The list for me is endless. I do t recall all of the names. Great stay. So much so. We are planning my sister birthday this November and for my son's 50th birthday next year.

Lovely staff, made me and my family feel very welcomed and appreciated. Especially receptionist Shackera, she was absolutely hospitable.

Beautifully kept hotel ideal for families
We are just back from a 2 week stay at Aquarelle. We had a great time - the staff are amazing and so friendly - standouts for us were Cornel and Antonel on the Kingston bar and Sandra Jay in the buffet restaurant always service with a smile. The entertainment team are insanely energetic and the shows were great - Rooster was a favourite of ours always went out the way to say hi. Food is good for an AI the service exceptional our favourite restaurants were Krystal and Napoli. Room cleaning was to a high standard and always early in the day - everywhere on the resort was kept to a high standard of cleanliness although main pool gets a bit mucky later in the day due to how busy it is. The beach is beautiful and even better if you walk up past the Royaltons. We used a driver - Winston who I would highly recommend from the front of hotel for our trip to Blue Hole and Dunns he took us on a few extra stops showing us the island and was super flexible and full of facts and history of the area. Minor points - Gym was a little small but we made it work resort is missing tennis/football/pickleball courts and is a little isolated and taxis expensive to go the couple of miles into town. Would recommend for families you won’t be disappointed.

LOVE IT
I had a wonderful stay at Riu Palace Aquarelle and everything exceeded my expectations. The resort is spotless—everything from the rooms to the common areas was perfectly clean and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the stay. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a wide variety every day. The facilities are modern and comfortable, with beautiful pools, a clean, well-kept beach, and a peaceful overall vibe. The location is also great. It truly felt like a relaxing escape, and I left feeling refreshed and taken care of. I would definitely return. Highly recommended!
