We had a last minute vacation plan and were upgraded to this resort by Priceline.com. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed our time there. The most valuable asset of this resort has to be the fantastic food. We had the great opportunity to meet not only the Sous-Chef, Pedro, but also the Executive Chef - Jose Luis Pinilla. We went out of our way to express to them our congratulations and thanks for their wonderful menus and plating presentation throughout all of their restaurants, especially their Mexican restaurant. They were very professional and friendly. We will forever remember our stay at Fiesta Americana and their staff service throughout the resort. Andres & Mabel

We had a blast here with our Family. It’s a smaller resort but the ocean activities allowed snorkeling without leaving the resort. The resort has a pier which allowed easy pickup for deep sea fishing. The entertainment shows were awesome. Emily was a ray of sunshine with her energy with pool activities and Jose was a great waiter at breakfast and lunch restaurant. Alejandra was a great hostess.

Great time at Fiesta Americana
We had a great time at Fiesta Americana Cozumel. It's a smaller resort than many on the Riviera Maya/Playa del Carmen side and that makes it easy to get around, to get to know the staff, and to find things to do. The rooms are comfortable even if not super fancy. The housekeeping staff does a terrific job. Emily and Raoul at the pool are amazing, fun, and engaging. The buffet restaurant staff members are friendly (remembering your name when you come each day) and attentive. It was easy to book activities through the concierge staff. The pool area is pretty and always clean. The ocean cabanas and plunge pool are lovely. There is easy snorkeling from the dock area with lots to see underwater. The resort atmosphere was laid back and casual. When we were there, it was mostly couples or families with older teens/young adult "children."
