Jun 28, 2025Loved Erik, Alan, Jaime, and Andrei - they made the 5 star experience
Loved Erik, Andrei, Jaime and Alan. These four people made our trip! Their attention to detail was nothing short of amazing and their goal was for us to have a great time. Erik was at the pool - sitting in his section was a treat because he never left anything unattended or unnoticed. Jaime and Andrei planned great activities and made what might seem boring extremely fun. Alan at Seawater was a whole other experience. He treated us to his favorite dishes and drinks and made us feel like we were home. 5 stars for these gentlemen :) Other note - - There was construction happening on the hotel’s property, so there was always a constant hum of drilling and hammering when at the pool. I wish this had been noted on their website so it wasn’t a surprise but we didn’t hear the construction from our room.

Andrei and Jaime are Amazing!
Andrei and Jaime are the best. They are extremely knowledgeable, sweet, patient, and attentive. They made my stay incredible. They treat you like family and are extremely welcoming. Andrei is an amazing artist, personal trainer, and has so many transferable skills. He does everything. Jaime is an amazing tour guide when we went to the art walk in San Jose del Cabo. He bought us tamales and churros and picked mangoes for us. They are amazing.

Amazing Above & Beyond
Erik was an AMAZING server went above and beyond for us we spent the day at zoetry and he made sure our experience was beyond perfect definitely going back soon

Erik the MVP
Erik was the MVP AT THE POOL! Never had an empty glass and always moving. We loved the hustle and energy he brought! Brought shots to us all the way at corn while boards. He was a great energy to have around the wedding weekend

Looking Forward to Going Back
Hands down one of the best trips we’ve been on. The boutique size and the laid back atmosphere were exactly what we were looking for. Every single member of the staff that we encountered were amazing, especially the entertainment team of Jamie, Marcos, and Andrei. Between the baking class, mixology, tile painting, card games, and bingo it was great way to inject some additional fun into our stay and meet fellow occupants, we enjoyed seeing those three each day we were there. We also loved the Mexican and Brazilian nights, and the live music was a nice touch. Can’t say enough about the food, we’ve stayed at a few all inclusives and this was the best we have experienced by far. Highly recommend the Toni special at bar and if you want a great coffee Estrella makes the best flat white on the property. All and all it was an unforgettable week and can’t wait to make it back this way.
