Jul 22, 2025The Zel is absolutely beautiful. I hope you get Raphy as your concierge. He handled all reservations and checked in often to make sure everything was going well. The beach was nice and the water was warm .the beach wasn’t crowded. so much spaces and enough seats. The pools were lovely. Also not crowded.

Quite, peaceful, relaxing resort
Zel is a very quiet and peaceful resort. It’s near the beach, the staff is very nice, food was good quality. Our concierge, Erickson was great as well. I hope the resort will remain as peaceful as it is now. We had a great time.

Pound class 100% a must!
My daughter and I did the pound/zumba class with Priscilla and wow what a workout. She was super knowledgeable and sweet. And we all sweat our buns off. Definitely a must. I’m already signing up for the next class with her. It’s an easy class to just join in without experience.
