Just doesn't get any better
The Wynn by far is the best place to stay in Vegas. Everything is beautiful, sparkling and clean. The rooms are fantastic and have great bathroom space. Yes it's very expensive and has a ridiculous resort fee but it's worth it. I am a shorts and t-shirt guy and never get frowned upon or feel out of place. Never a bad experience here.
We stayed one night before flying home. Almost new hotel with high end stores and several restaurants. Great check-in staff, we could check in early on a Sunday. Free parking in ramp was easy. We liked the Alexa to control the blinds, lights, etc. Lovely room...happy we got the panoramic floor to ceiling windows. Too bad this hotel and all of Vegas will be badly hit due to virus-related drop in tourism demand!
A true resort
Stayed at the Wynn for a conference. Second time to do so. You really get the resort feel when you walk in along with large beautiful rooms. Most hotel and casinos are more casino than hotel. You don't get that feeling. All of the restaurants are delicious with a lot of choices.
Nice hotel to be sure but way too far away from everything. Very expensive rooms. All of the shops and restaurants on site are too expensive. Caters to a snobby crowd. I have money and can afford to be snobby but I prefer to be casual on my vacations and I feel the staff looks down on you if you are just wearing shorts and a t-shirt. I did not enjoy my stay and will not be back again.
A really top hotel
Although our room was on a low floor, I still enjoyed our stay. The room is full of quality furnishings and there are two sinks which is good. I didn't like the music at the pool as find it oppressive (I don't like rap music). The staff were all really nice and it was very welcoming, though extremely busy. We had a car we could park easily once we'd found the car park. Drive to the left past the hotel and then stick to the right lane. Overall, I'd look forward to returning. Sadly, I hear business in Las Vegas is suffering because of Coronavirus. I hope this changes soon.
