Disapointment
I recently stayed at the Wynn Hotel for 7 nights and was disheartened by the service. The staff at the registration were notably rude during check-in, setting a negative tone for my entire stay. This experience extended to most of the hotel staff who often appeared unfriendly and unhelpful. A significant issue was the miscommunication regarding Amazon deliveries, leading to inconvenience without adequate assistance from the staff. This, along with the general lack of attentiveness and unwillingness to help, greatly diminished my experience. Overall, my 7-night stay at the Wynn Hotel was overshadowed by a lack of courtesy and poor customer service. I hope this feedback leads to improvements for future guests.

Slow Internet and No Coffee Maker in Room
I don’t gamble. I don’t drink and I only eat simple food. So I guess I am not a typical guest of this hotel. The only reason we chose to stay here was because a long time respected artist hosted a show at the theater and it was convenient for us to stay in the same building. We have heard the name of Wynn for a long time but the stay turned out to be disappointed. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. However there was no coffee or espresso maker in the room. They want people to buy coffee from a small shop in the casino so people would have more chances to walk through the slot machines and probably would drop some money in those. For the same reason, the “front desk” is not in the front but in a corner far from all guest rooms so you have to walk through a crowd of gamblers with your luggage after you check in. All restaurants were super busy and the wait time was in hours. We had to eat outside the first night we got there. They have an outdoor swimming pool but it is in a weird dumb bell shape and very shallow. They also have an “adult pool” for people to stand in there and drink alcohol. Most importantly internet speed was very slow and at some points there was non signal at all. All the being said, the resort is at the best location with walking distance to all the other casinos and I appreciate the men and women who work there to please gamblers from all over the world every day. I just hope the internet would work better and they could have espresso makers in the rooms. That’s all I want to say. Thanks.

A class apart from the strip
Excellent hotel at the far end of the strip. The amenities are good and the staff are helpful. Though always crowded like any other Vegas resort, I felt this one to be a class apart from the other options in the middle of the strip. Despite the crowd, the check-in was quick, and the phone/email check out made everything easy. They have a wide range of restaurant and Cafes along with some premium shopping options. Loved the Urth Cafe, especially. It's a long walk if you are in for business meetings but overall nothing to complain about.

Made my daughter sleep on the floor! The hotel doesn’t care about their guests, very disappointing and I don’t recommend
We checked in last night and we requested an extra bed to be added on our second night, the FO agent was super nice and confirmed the extra bed and the price as well. As there was an availability for accommodating an extra bed, we bought the flight tickets for our daughter to join us on this vacations. Upon my daughter’s arrival no bed was added to the room, and we called Front Desk to alert that no bed was in the room. They mentioned that they would send someone. Around 7pm (5 hours later), no bed was in the room, we called Front desk again and a lady called Sheila mentioned that there was no roll up beds available. We asked to speak with a manager and Antonio Aires was the manager talking to us in a very rude and disrespectful tone. He gave us no solution and literally said that our daughter had to sleep on the floor. A horrible approach and no solution given to try to recover the hotel’s mistake. Never coming back! Very disappointed on a 5 star hotel!
