    Great Experience during COVID-19

The staff were friendly and attentive. The food quality was stellar with good options, although they were a little more limited than their customary menus. Looking forward to the next stay in November.

Nice hotel but no help if you leave something in the room

We really like the room and pools at the Wynn but I only gave a average rating because of the lack of help finding two items I left in the room. We had booked a room for July 22-26 and the after noon of July 25th we had to return home. We had to pack fast to get to the airport to catch our flight. We left the room at 2:30 PM on the 25th and arrived back home at 6:30 PM LAS time. When unpacking at home we realized we had left two chargers in the room. One for my Iphone and one for our Kindle Fire. Both items were left plugged in on the desk in the room. I call the front desk at the Wynn at 7:05 LAS time and spoke with a women that assured me she would contact the housekeeping dept and make them aware. The next morning July 26th I called the hotel front desk again and was told they would make a note to look for the chargers but that I should contact their lost and found dept which I tried to do but no answer and a message to fill out a report on line. I filled out the report and have been told that they have not found the chargers. What is sad is that each day after our room had been cleaned we found our charger cord nicely wound up and secured with a plastic clasp on the desk that housekeeping had done for us. It appears to me that when housekeeping realized we had left the afternoon of the 25th, they just figured we didn't want the chargers and kept them. The chargers and cords were not very expensive so I have replaced them.

0.0 One of THE nicest hotels I've ever stayed at!!

I am blown away by the beauty and above par customer service at this Las Vegas Strip hotel. You can't even tell you are on The Strip. The beautiful rooms and views are astounding. I had a view of the Tower Suites pools, and surrounding city and mountains. Upgraded to Parlor Room, and it was worth it! Floor to ceiling views, huge clean room, super comfortable and absolutely beautiful furnishings and touches. Takes a lot to impress me, and they succeeded at the Wynn Las Vegas. The staff are also so nice, easy-going/relaxed, and treat you with respect and thoughtfulness. They lived up to their 5-star rating and reputation.

The Best Casino/Hotel in Las Vegas

From the moment you roll up to the Tower Suites separate entrance to the time you say goodbye, the well trained employees at the Wynn will treat you like a very welcome guest. That positive vibe continues throughout the stay and is the main reason I will always choose the Wynn Las Vegas as my casino/hotel while I'm in town.
