Amazing room but very poor overall experience
The room is very comfortable but when I walked in the room the house keeping had left a number of food items on the table. I tried to use the spa at the end of the day. They have a $100 day pass. I only had 45 min before they closed and they insisted on the day pass. I have no idea why the manager did not have ability to approve an expecting. There was absolutely no one at the spa. Then I tried the swimming pool. It closed at 6. This is in the middle of the summer when it does not get dark until 9 and there’s 85 degrees out there. When time came for dinner almost every restaurant had an hour wait. I went across the street to capital grill. I used to love this hotel because it felt like a normal high end hotel. I don’t think I will be back given the choice.

A stayed at Harrahs and had a wonderful time went on the open air bus which was fun it traveled down to Fremont street. I would go back and ate at Ruth Chris restaurant which was very good. A fun place with several things to do..

Top notch service. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else
We just had a two night three day stay. Our experience was on another level of fabulous. The experience we had was elevated at every turn with friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered treated us well, and we have no status (yet) at the Wynn. We loved our clean, well appointed room, and every thing we ate at the espresso cafe, jardin, and the buffet was excellent. We feel this has been one of the best experiences we have had in travel and cannot wait to come back.

Very good for Vegas
Overall prob the best hotel in Vegas. First there’s actually sun coming in.. location is good and very beautiful entrance. Compared to other hotels this seems to be the newest. But… it’s packed. Thousand and thousand did people everywhere. So don’t expect any service. Yr just one in tens for thousands passing through. Wifi isn’t free if I want normal speed, but keeps disconnecting. Breakfast places get very full very fast so need to book. Room cleaning is good. But no coffee machine. Takes 30min to get coffee delivered to ur room. Rooms r nice but not big. And it’s expensive. Shopping areas beautiful

THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! So not stay here! They will rip you off! They charged us a $1000 fee for smoking in our room which DID NOT HAPPEN! We will be getting a lawyer, the fact alone that they think they can just claim whatever they want to up charge us is completely distasteful and unprofessional!
