Excellent property
Let me get the only negative out of the way...the room had an odd smell. We were in 1513. But the rest...from the moment we pulled into the property, everyone was fantastic to deal with! We were given a temporary parking pass to get into the parking. At the front desk we were greeted by Danny. I was so thrilled to find out we had a full ocean view. He also let us know that there were a few upcoming rocket launches from Cape Canaveral that we would be able to view from out balcony, which we did. We were sent to guest services and dealt with Mila. She was so nice, she convinced us to do a timeshare meeting. If you don't mind wasting 2 to 3 hours, the gifts were good. We did that meeting with Jacob. He was awesome but we had no intentions of buying as we are already owners. The property is well maintained and every employee is super friendly. I've never stayed at a timeshare property that made us feel this welcomed. The pools were a little chilly but the ocean was perfect. We stayed end of April. Oh, it was also Jeep week! That was fun as we are Jeep owners. We would definitely stay here again.

Resort nice, condo needs major updating, internet rip off, timeshare speaks for resort bands, check in a mess
Check in was at 4, by 4:30 our condo was not ready. They offered us another condo. We had requested a king size bed. The condo offered had 2 very small “double” beds which we didn’t know until we saw them. They had no idea when our original condo would be ready. They were waiting on an “inspection’. They make you go to a sales pitch to get your resort bands. The condo had a stove with a burner that didn’t work and a drawer that fell out. The garbage disposal backed up the sink and black stuff started gurgling up. They sent someone to fix it, but the plumbing still made weird noises. The dishwasher was an antique and the buttons didn’t work; it was off or on. They had a sign up saying the dishes weren’t sterilized. No kidding with a dishwasher like that! The teflon on the pots were all scratched up. The patio furniture was sticky. I cleaned it myself, it was black. There were “kitties” on the floor. The tub was slippery. The free internet didn’t work, so we paid $49.99 for the paid internet and that didn’t work. I felt ripped off. The view from the balcony was wonderful and the patio around the pools was kept clean. The resort itself is lovely. They just need to work on having condo owners update their condos if the resort is going to add their names to renting them out. This was not our first time at this resort. The other times the condo was very nice. We don’t think we’ll go back there. Time to try another resort.

Good spot for kids
Great spot right in the middle of everything, can walk anywhere. Pools for all ages, the lazy river isn’t heated but the other pools are warm. A lady was doing braids and hair wraps by the pool, you can get food and drinks at the tiki bar by the pools, can walk right to the beach, security Is on grounds, lobby smells good and staff is friendly. Great for kids and a family. Would recommend

COLD POOL!!!!
The room was nice the staff nice. The drawbacks are that the pools are not heated even though they say they are. The refrigerator does not freeze ice cream and the ice maker in the frig does not work. The thermostat does not work either . There is a governor on the frig and the thermostat. This would be very nice if the pools were heated. This is VERY Family oriented. Many many children in all pool areas. The chairs at the pool are always claimed even though no one is using them. I would not come again

Great resort, and location!
We stayed during Daytona bike week (2025), and it was awesome. 2 Bedroom, ocean view, clean and very spacious. Friendly staff, great amenities, and quiet (even during Bike week!). Best part, walking distance to main street. Will be back next year, same time.
