Hellish Vacation
Disaster at Club Wyndham Ocean Walk Do yourself a favor and avoid Club Wyndham Ocean Walk in Daytona at all costs! This place is a complete joke. They repeatedly shut down the pool deck and bar, whining about “lightning in the area,” while neighboring resorts were packed with happy swimmers. It's clear they use this as a pathetic excuse to keep guests from enjoying their vacation.NOT A CLOUD IN SIGHT. The management here is clueless! They micromanage every little thing, down to the music I dared to play on my Bluetooth speaker. I mean, seriously? We're here to relax, not follow ridiculous rules. Their staff treats you like a child rather than a paying guest, and it’s downright infuriating.ESPECIALLY considering the amount of money it takes to reserve a room here. They act as if you’re at the Taj Mahal. Don't be fooled by their deceptive claims about weather conditions. They clearly have no idea what they’re talking about. You’ll be left sitting in your room while others enjoy sunny skies at nearby resorts. It’s utterly absurd! Spare yourself the frustrations and go somewhere that actually knows how to treat guests. Club Wyndham Ocean Walk is a disaster waiting to happen!

Resort worth visiting
My three daughters and their mates and my 3 sisters visited Ocean Walk for 7 days celebrating 5 birthdays. The resort has everything a family would want to celebrate a special occasion or just a get away. Check in was very smooth and efficient and welcoming. There are 2 large pools, a lazy river and a kids only pool with a water slide and tunnel with a waterfall and a hot tube. On sight there is a small indoor miniature golf 4 holes and game arcade. Indoor pool, breakfast and lunch store. Free parking in a covered garage. Eateries are within walking distance and a supermarket 2 miles away. The units are from a lock off studio with small kitchen to 3 bedroom. Laundry in each bedroom unit. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay is there. The beds and furnishings are very comfortable with wide screen TV's in the living area and bedrooms. The 1-2-3 bedroom units have balconies overlooking the Atlantic. During my stay there was a rocket launch from Cape Kennedy which I could clearly see from the ignition flame brightness to the path NE past the resort.

Great condo!
My in laws have a timeshare with Wyndham and booked this place. The reviews on here scared me, but we had a wonderful experience! Our room was a 2 bedroom ocean facing view. Good sized rooms. Couch bed as well, but we didn’t need that. Lots of pools, the beach is a quick walk away, and there are activities each day as well. Every employee I came into contact with was kind. Especially Paul, who works at the front!! It was easy to get groceries delivered and the kitchen was well appointed for us to cook most of our meals in for the week. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and dish soap all provided. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again.

Good luck checking in
The lady at the front desk was beyond rude. From the first moment she was mad at life. She basically told us we were going to be lucky to park as they were overbooked and we were lucky that our room didn’t get cancelled. The garage was a mess with people parking on ramps, behind other cars and just anywhere they could stop their car. Location was great, bar staff was beyond friendly and almost made up for front desk lady

Great Experience!
After reading some of these reviews I was skeptical that our experience would be good, also as a timeshare owner I have stayed in dirty outdated accommodations in recent years. However, our unit appeared to be recently upgraded and was the cleanest I have stayed in. I am glad that we weren't overlooking the beach and pool as I imagine the noise would have been an issue. We did have a lot of ambiant city sounds even on the 16th floor, car engines revving, sirens, music..but this was expected at an urban resort. Staff was super friendly, shout out to Derek who we got to know and witnessed his postive interactions with visitors. We had a very efficient check-in and picking up our access bracelets was a breeze. Amenities were good, even on a busy week we were able to find chairs by the pool and the beach was never crowded. Location was excellent, steps to restaurants and beach shops. I would definitely come back if I could rent the same suite!
