Front desk was kind, courteous, attentive to our needs. The pool attendants Joel and Bianca and the others were very kind and thoughtful, they made sure our service was top notch.

What a phenomenal stay for us. We had a great time on the entire trip. The entire staff seems to focus on our experience and ensuring we got everything we need. Also, big shout out to how they communicate via text message the entire trip. Our first stop was check in and it was seems from the staff, luggage and concierge. Next we visited the “5 o’clock somewhere restaurant” had a great smash burger (w impossible meat). Joel from the recreation, Meytha, Melissa N. helped with the cabana service and our poolside relaxation. Elias gave some of the most resourceful contacts to help us off campus excursions. Joanne made breakfast personal for us and we ate the EVERY morning at Roots Coastal. Which brings me to Roots Coastal for dinner we had an absolute great time with Frankie serving us the first night. He was honest about recommendations and listened to our indecisive conversation to recommend options that fit our palette in the moment. He also understood the menu intimately making it easy to trust his advice. Second night was with Juan as our service helped us get through the night when our families were out a little too late for the kids liking. He kept things moving quickly. Also Jose the manager is such a wonderful guy and appears to be an amazing coach to his team. He helped bus tables when he saw the team was busy. His charisma helped settle the most anxious of my family that were hungry. Thank you to his attentiveness. Finally Luzbeth at Palio restaurant thank to her for managing our super large group.

Iguana Feeding!
Summer family vacation was amazing this year at Rio Mar! One of our favorite moments was feeding the iguanas with staff member Marina. It truly was a special experience! The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great time :)

Puerto Rican hospitality on another level
Yahmed was incredibly helpful and so sweet. He helped us get set up on the beach with 2 other guys. The Puerto Rican hospital is on another level. They work through really hot weather and sand so just a gentle reminder to anyone coming please bring cash to tip these wonderful people.

Eat Breakfast!!!
Joanne is AMAZING at the Marbella! The breakfast there is always delicious but Joanne hospitality makes the experience over the top!
