    Staff and rooms are amazing, perfect for an impromptu mini-vacation

    Flight was heavily delayed so I decided to stay s night in Waikiki. The reviews and rates drew to the Malia and I can see why. The room was lovely and clean and the staff (especially the overnight supervisor Cody) were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is just a few blocks from the beach and near plenty of awesome restaurants and shops. Plus, you get a neat little nylon bag and 2 bottles of water with your room, which was an added plus. Thanks for making my impromptu stay in Waikiki one of relaxation and comfort.

    Poor and scary experience

    Hotel is located in a busy and congested area. Hotel room was small for a family of four. No frig, microwave or coffee maker. Room walls are thin and can hear guest in other rooms. Parking is poor, tricky and complicated. You can not rent a big car. My family and I felt uncomfortable and not safe.

    Very great!

    This hotel is great. Super clean, good room sizes and great staff. The hotel rooms have been updated and have great tvs and plenty of room even in the basic rooms! Only slight thing that isn’t the best is that the pool is really quite small, but let’s be honest I didn’t come to Hawaii to swim in a hotel pool 😂! It’s a quick walk to the beach, has heaps of food options near by but isn’t super loud or busy! Definitely recommend this hotel!

    Staff are friendly and great attitude. The rooms were clean and comfortable. This is a nice place to stay, highly recommend.

    Lovely hotel near Waikiki Beach

    Lovely hotel and very attentive staff. Me, personally, I found the parking garage a bit difficult. The ramp is very steep, and maneuvering around in the lot was difficult. But the property is lovey and the staff is great. It's conveniently located & you can walk to the beach, food & shopping.
