My friend and I had an amazing vacation at the Villa Del Palmer in Cabo! The staff were all so helpful and friendly. They made us feel right at home. The food was exceptional! All three restaurants were delicious at every meal. I would recommend the Villa Del Palmer to everyone! I will definitely be re-visiting.

Outstanding service from this resort with extra special mention for Sergio for the show service and Nayeli and Oscar poolside. They are definitely what keeps people coming back. Food and drink were also very good consistently. Since this is not our usual resort, I was pleasantly surprised. The beach was also beautiful and close to swimmable areas and everything going on. It’s not a quiet spot if that’s what you’re looking for, but I’m sure the resort next-door is we were two families traveling with young adults so it was perfect. The pool situation is a bit of a problem for the resort. The resort tried to prevent the saving of chairs for people that weren’t there all day, but everyone finds work around. I’m not sure what the answer to that is other than to maybe allow people to upgrade to use the pool at the other resorts nearby when it’s very full.

Exceptional service
We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Misael at tortugas terrace theater for dinner at Villa Del Palmar and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. Misael went above and beyond in every way — attentive without being overbearing, and quick to accommodate every request with a smile. Whether it was refilling drinks before we even asked! Remembering our preferences, or simply checking in with genuine warmth, he made our evening feel special from start to finish. We left feeling genuinely grateful for the service we were shown. Thank you, Misael, We will absolutely be back and we’ll be asking for you by name! The pop show was very entertaining and the food was excellent!

Love for Villa del Palmar
Villa del Palmar in Los Cabos was amazing! I highly recommend this resort. The staff were always so nice and gracious with smiles on their faces. A couple of names of servers and staff that really stuck out are Andres, Carlos, and Antonio. Andres was a server/waiter down on the beach, and Carlos was a server/waiter by the pool. They both were exceptional, very attentive, and seemed to love working there. Antonio was in charge of cabanas for the day and in same fashion as Andres and Carlos, was very kind, gracious, attentive, leaving us feeling pampered. This was the first time taking our kids out of the country and this experience could not have gone any better. I would love the opportunity to go back to Cabo and enjoy more time at this resort.

Great staff
My son went to propose a renew of their vows at the resort as a surprise. The staff was amazing. Laura with the dance crew, Antonio at the pool and a huge thanks to Carlos for great pool service and what he brought us at the pool on our last day. The whole staff is very appreciative of our business.
