    Lack of transparency

I had a huge problem about receiving packages in the hotel, where they told me that they could receive a few packages and forgot to mention that they would charge me for that, this doesn't seems fair to me. The guests services just said that they could't do anything and that's they final answer. This just doesn't feel right, lying to your customers, specially in their wedding anniversary.

    Great Stay

Dockside Inn and Suites is a clean, modern hotel in the perfect location for Universal Orlando Resort. There's a complimentary bus service that runs you directly to the resort at all times during the day, there's on-site catering, a bar, a Universal Studios store, plenty of seating in the public areas and more. The room was comfortable with lots of space, and a great view out to Orlando.

    Amazing budget hotel

Fantastic budget hotel. We stayed for 11 nights and we're delighted to be upgraded to a suite which was amazing. The hotel is brilliant - handy for Walgreens and restaurants and the pool is terrific. Food and drinks are quite pricey at the hotel but lots of options locally. We've stayed at Royal Pacific on our last three visits and it is not worth twice the price of Dockside. We bought express pass separately, in advance and saved a fortune. Will be back at Endless Summer for sure. Already looking for May.

    Disappointed. Unkind staff.

Walls are very thin. Very strange light switches. Very little outlets for charging phones but mostly difficult if you need a Cpap to sleep with. Wish person who checked us in was more helpful and it seemed like if you asked any questions they seemed almost curt and that you were bothering them. However room was clean.
