Jul 22, 2025The resort is absolutely beautiful. Service was great and they anticipated your needs. They did not hesitate to treat you as a first class guest. Resort was clean and decorated tastefully modern. I do advise you make your restaurant and spa reservations before your arrival. A concierge will take care of it for you if you contact them.

The service here has been absolutely incredible! Everyone has been so kind, and they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of :) Will update more once we arrive back home after this amazing vacation!

Amazing Satisfied
All staff members at Único are amazing and have the best hospitality. Our waiter Maximiliano went above and beyond to make our dining experience 1000 out of 10! He is SUPER amazing!! Also our butler Marcos never failed to impress us and ask if we needed anything. Let’s not forget the bell boys.. especially Ricardo! I never had to lift a luggage or bag once I stepped on property. These three men deserve all the praise. Great hard working men! We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to return.

This is a beautiful resort. The customer service was top notch from beginning to end. My local guide Edgar and Emmanuel (personal concierge) were amazing. Emmanuel was very communicative, sent daily activities, assisted with dinner reservations etc. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is that the room service good was ok (not as flavorful as the 2087 or Japanese restaurant). Another reason is there was a small emitting from the showers that spread throughout the room. We called housekeeping who sent someone over right away to solve this issue. When at the pool be aware for iguanas, and a couple other animals native to Mexico. I definitely plan to visit Unico again.

Such an amazing experience at Unico Riviera Maya! This resort is probably my favorite of all the Hard Rock properties. Everything was high end, delicious food and dinks! Our stay was made more memorable by such a wonderful staff which included the charming and charismatic Israel and Roger. They accommodated our every request from reserving our pool chairs to a surprise bottle of champagne and strawberry white chocolates for our anniversary. They came to visit us daily to say hello and to make sure we had all that we needed! I’m looking forward to coming back soon.
