Going back again!
I would like to start by saying that Deana and Isaac did a great check in for me. I am a Hilton Diamond Member and they truly made me feel as one. The hotel was packed and they kept a great spirit for what might have seemed like a real bury day for them. The hotel is well kept. The beds were comfortable and the pillows felt good. The continental breakfast was nice. It had warm eggs, sausages, cereal etc. Our favorite part was the fresh pancakes. They has an automated machine that makes them. The line for the pancakes can be long as everybody loves pancakes.

Very nice hotel
This is a newer hotel with a modern feel. The staff were super friendly, and everything was clean. Lots of counter space in the room if you needed to work. And best of all the room was brightly lit, and I liked the rolling table. The view in the back, if you overlook Kohls being there, you’ll see farmland and a huge farmstead. Typical food chains within walking distance or a short ride. Easy ride to local highlights and shopping

Clean, perfect for kids, great location
Great hotel for families staying in the area. The room was comfortable. Standard size for this class of hotel. The furniture is minimalistic which helped the room feel comfortable, since we didn't feel space was overtaken by nightstand, desk etc. Beds were fine. Our room was facing the highway and the noise was minimal. The pool was perfect for kids looking to get out some energy- nothing fancy a small rectangle space. Breakfast was standard for a hot hilton breakfast. Waffles to make yourself, cereal, oatmeal with toppings, omelet, hardboiled eggs, yogurt and pastries, juice and coffee. Perfect for a light and quick breakfast. The only downsize to this hotel is the small size of the breakfast area and how busy it was. I've stayed here 3 times, and each time it was busy and had to look/wait for a table for breakfast. The staff working the front desk were friendly. I didn't have any issues that needed to be addressed so I can't speak to that. It was a standard, uneventful, clean hotel stay.

Many, many, many other hotels to choose from in Lancaster, this should be your VERY last choice!
No worst there is none - pitch past pitch of grief. No sheets on bed, broken toilet, towels full of stains. So if you want a hotel room with sheets, a working toilet, and towels without stains don't go here. Not a single mishap - others in our party had similar issues along with broken tvs and clogged drains. No one at the hotel was the least concerned to fix things or make it right. Oh, forgot to tell you room servive was every other day - maybe. So if you want to clean your room forget that too. Not that any attempt at cleaning ever actually happens anyway.

Overpriced, Busy, and Dirty
For a weekend in Lancaster, I did not expect to pay close to $300/night, especially for a hotel that is just okay. What the hotel did have going for it was a very decent breakfast spread and seating area as well as friendly staff to greet us (I think her name was Deana?). Location wasn't terrible to get to sights around the area, although there was quite a bit of road noise. Aside from that, the common spaces and rooms just felt dirty. There were fingerprints on the ceiling (yup you read that right) as well as dirt from the AC vent. The floors were dirty and the rooms are just starting to look worn down. The elevators were heavily trafficked and therefore dirty along with the hallways. The pool was extremely cloudy which was questionable whether or not it should've even been swam in or not. My expectations were definitely higher, I think the hotel as a façade of being nice but it definitely didn't live up to the standards of a Hilton and paying close to $300/night.
