Cesar was the best server for our moonlight dinner on the beach. He made it unforgettable! Highly recommend. Cesar was very polite and professional. We would love to come back. He got us a bigger steak for our surf and turf dinner because it was our anniversary.

An okay resort. Very average experience. Sometimes felt a bit underwhelming. The food was just okay, the room was just okay, the service was just okay. It felt understaffed. Tennis/courts was great but the tennis center itself offered very cold/rude reception. There never seemed to be a golf cart or boat around when needed. When we upgraded to the premium experience for an additional $1200 USD, I expected a premium experience. I feel as though I could have lived more extravagantly in Canada for nearly $9000 per week.

Beautiful destination wedding
We were party of a destination wedding and were so happy with this resort. The beach is expansive and beautiful - soft white sand. The resort is new and well-maintained. We had a junior suite with a garden view and were extremely pleased - we had an excellent view of the ocean as well. The rooms are spacious, clean and luxurious. The bedding and towels are high quality. We had 3 butlers assigned to our floor - Angie, Jazmín and Ivan. They were excellent. They were super fast at any inquiry we had and assisted us with ease and professionalism. They truly wanted to help in any way we requested - whether making reservations for us, ordering coffee in the morning, sending golf carts for pick up and delivery - basically any way they could help, they did. And they were genuinely caring in helping us have a wonderful experience. Most of our meals were very good and we had excellent service from the wait staff - special recognition to Daniel Noah at the El Gaucho restaurant who served us twice and was so wonderful.

Amazing stay
FERNI couldnt have looked after us better. He was so attentive around the pool and went the extra mile every morning, setting everything up for us; making sure we were happy! ALEXIS, who was our pool waiter was amazing, serving us whatever we needed throughout the day, always checking in on us. The spa is fantastic. I had an amazing treatment from LOUIS, he was excellent and so professional throughout, would highly recommend a treat with him. A special thank you to our amazing Butler STEF (ESTEFANIA) who looked after all our needs, booking restaurants and activities etc. She was so fast at replying to us and always made time for a lovely chat. Such a happy person- thank you Stef for going the extra mile for us! The service at the hotel is really 5 star, would certainly come back and recommend to others.
