First Class Check In/Check Out
Even though the Club Lounge experience was disappointing, Brittany,Lexi and Joe at the front desk more than made up for it. As LifetimeTitanium it is always appreciated when we are thanked for our loyalty and given a beautiful upgrade without having to request one. They were cheerful, helpful and the main reason we will choose the Westin in the future. The Valet service was also exceptional .

Great place to meet for work in class and style. Central location to many St. Louis must see activities.
The corner room was amazing, I felt as if I had a private flat vs. a hotel room. The hallways were very “Hollywood” and the staff were beyond helpful and kind.

Worst hotel in saint louis !!!!!!!!!!!
Do not stay at this hotel I booked several rooms for myself and my family for my husband's 40th birthday . I decided not to stay because we had a family emergency .When I called to ask for a refund I spoke with the front office manager name Alvin he informed me that he would speak with his general manager and try to get me a refund on my rooms . Instead of refunding me for the 11 rooms I booked this hotel then charged my card for an additional 5 more rooms which was 16 rooms in total . when I had only booked 11 rooms . The Manager and Assistant Manager are very rude they should nit at all be in a customer service job . The general manager has ignored every call and email from me I have called Marriott Support and reported this Hotel and they stated the hotel manager Alvin has called me which is a lie . I have yet to hear from him . So now I have to leave a review on every outlet to let guest know this company is a complete fraud .

Perfect stay for go to a game
The hotel is the perfect location if you intend of catching a Cardinals game. The ball park is right across the street. You can't stay any closer unless you plan on camping in the outfield. Rooms are very large with plenty of room to stretch out. Decor is a little aged. Customer service was a little slow and below expectations from my opinion. Front desk wasn't very friendly at any point of my two-day stay. I wanted to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast over the weekend, but the line to get a table was always 5-10 people deep. I never actually saw a host at the host stand. I only assumed there was someone there. If you want to use the gym, you are giving a maze of directions where you have to go to other side of hotel, go up the elevator, cross over the walkway, go down the elevator, find the hidden door and go through a secret passageway. I hear stories of guests that never made it back. Lots of restaurants and bars at Ballpark Village, which is a very short walk from the hotel. We felt safe walking around the area at night. Would stay again when going to a game. Would not stay again if in St. Louis and not going to a game.

BOOK LITERALLY ANY OTHER HOTEL THAN THIS ONE
This hotel is absolutely horrendous and disgusting. I would NEVER stay here. I would rather sleep on a St. Louis sidewalk - which was almost the better option than one of these rooms. When we checked in, we were given a room with a bathroom positively riddled with mildew and mold. It was revolting. Then we checked the mattress, which is pretty standard to do as a hotel guest, and the mattress was COVERED in urine stains. It was appalling. After going to the front desk and requesting a new room, we discovered that room 2 also had mold/mildew in the shower and the mattress in that room had urine AND BLOOD STAINS on it. When we went down to the front desk after that, the front desk lady did not apologize, but instead chastised us as guests asking if we were going to look at every mattress in the hotel? She insinuated that there wasn't going to be a room without a urine stained mattress in the entirety of the Westin, and to make it worse, she didn't give a flying care about it either. She was condescending, rude, and unhelpful. The third room we went to had a clean mattress, but the shower glass partition was disconnecting from the wall - quite literally ready to fall and shatter on an unsuspecting guest. It also had an air conditioning system that sounded like someone banging away at a typewriter all night. I think we got two hours of sleep total. The bed also had no mattress protector - just the one single sheet laying on top of the mattress, so anyone who sleeps there gets to do so in the knowledge that the sweaty person who slept their the night before is just underneath them permanently in the mattress! yay! We spoke to a manager in the morning after finally settling into room 3 at 3 am in the morning. The manager gave us an "upgraded" room to say she was sorry for the experience. We went to check that room's bed and shower. Lo and behold - a shower covered in mold/mildew and another urine and VOMIT STAINED mattress. This Westin is a joke and should be condemned. I haven't figured out where to report it to the health authorities but it should be inspected and FAILED. I can't believe people sleep on these beds. Can you imagine how undignified it is to sleep atop someone else's urine/blood/vomit? This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. We LEFT after the manager gave us another foul room and couldn't get out of there fast enough. Marriott, MAJOR L for this one. APPALLING. 4/4 rooms were unacceptable.
