What a Unique Propertu
One stop stay in Kansas City! We were here for a kids’ basket tournament! What a great choice of hotels! Everything you need is under one roof/ great restaurants and attractions and shopping are right here. The staff is so accommodating. The hotel was Full but staff made each guest feel welcome and took care of all needs. Walking distance to Union Station and World War I museum and lots of restaurants. Valet or self parking adds to convenience

Best Hotel in the Midwest - Westin Kansas City
If you ever have to travel to Kansas City, I can't more strongly recommend staying at the Westin Kansas City at Crown Center. The hotel itself is spaciously massive, so clean everywhere you look, has a full large gym, heated outdoor pool year-round, and a plethora of rooms/suites with beautiful views of Union Station. WWI Memorial and the downtown skyline. But the crown jewel of this hotel is the staff. They have the best concierge/front desk at ANY hotel in the nation, Rita, who takes care of anything and everything for all guests and always has a positive, engaging and welcoming personality. The Front Desk Manager Risha works as hard as her employees to ensure every guest is taken care of, always has a smile on her face and solves any problem/issue. And the overall hotel manager Rebecca Leo is the engine that runs everything so smoothly at this Westin with her front-facing positive attitude. Thanks to Rita, Risha and Rebecca (The R Trio!) for being exactly the type of Marriott employees who exemplify the Bonvoy experience for every guest. Thanks!

Centrally located and very good...
My wife and I spent 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay, The hotel is in an excellent location, in Crown Center and near the WW I Museum, Union Station, the Money Museum, and Legoland. Many elevators have windows, allowing you to see the city as you go up or down. Rooms are spacious and ours had a good view. Staff were friendly. As suggested above, there is a lot to do in the neighborhood. Access out from the hotel is pretty good. The underground garage is a bit quirky, and you have to figure out the best way to get to your car or back to the hotel. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and expensive
This hotel has everything you need: big rooms, exercise facilities, meeting rooms, catering, and a mall. It’s also within walking distance of most of the downtown attractions. The parking garage is huge, but some of the clearances are 6 feet 4 inches high. That’s a tight squeeze for a truck.

Great Stay
I am a AMEX Marriott member, that had to use my free room certificate in a hurry, so I stayed here. It just a block from work, but I was impressed. Check in was fast and pleasant the staff was great. The room was large and modern the bed was so comfortable. I immediately fell asleep. The shower looked a little old and beat up, yet it was clean. I am a gold member, so I was offered late check out, Unfortunately I overslept, I called down and apologized. Front desk didn’t embarrass or chastise me. All in all a great stay. Hoping to stay again
