For Indianapolis Downtown, was good
I stayed at The Westin Indianapolis for a business trip and found it well-suited for meetings and conferences. There’s a lot of event space, which made things really convenient for our group. The banquet food was good, and the s’mores were a fun and tasty surprise! One of the highlights of my stay was the bed—classic Westin comfort. It was super cozy and made it easy to get a great night’s sleep after long days of meetings. The hotel is located in downtown Indianapolis, which is quiet at night. There aren’t a ton of nearby dining or entertainment options in the evening, so you may need to venture out a bit if you’re looking for more activity after hours. Overall, a solid choice for business travelers—especially if you're attending or hosting an event onsite.

Another Great Stay
Stayed at the Westin again this year for FDIC2025 and it was delightful. Room was lovely and had a great view. The connection to the convention center made this the perfect spot. Love the showers and the scents of all the body wash/shampoo. Gym was clean and had enough equipment for a good workout. Ate most of my breakfasts and dinners at the hotel restaurant and the food was great. Joseph always had my coffee with a side of almond milk ready at breakfast. Really wonderful and kind staff all around.

Great arrival experience
I was very impressed with Shanti at the front desk. She was very welcoming and made our arrival sooooo good! 10/10 the Westin Indianapolis because of Shanti!! The Westin entrance has a very nice layout and very welcoming! The valet person was great as well.

Epitome of Welcoming Hospitality.
From the moment I walked in the lobby and checked in, I felt confident in my choice of the Westin hotel. The front desk manager -Lovely did a superb job of welcoming me and our family. She knowledgeably answered all of our questions about the hotel and surrounding areas and facilitated our quirky needs . Clearly explained how to access the amenities in an optimal manner. She is polite professional and courteous- from there our stay only continued to improve. We had the good fortune of having Heather serve us in the dining room and her attention to detail was second to none every morning. In the following days we also had the pleasure of meeting Nae and Jenny in the market store-their pleasant and warmth genuinely sparked an interest in patronizing the Market more frequently than we would have ordinarily. These four individuals represent the creme de la creme of the hospitality industry. Additionally in one weekend they reinforced our faith in remaining Marriott Brand loyal and reinvigorated our confidence as Shareholders. Sincerely yours, Howard Lorch 8325454745

Nice Property
Stayed at this property while in town for a conference. This hotel is connected to the convention center via a sky bridge, which is very helpful. This hotel is also huge, many floors and lots of rooms per floor. Lots of conference space/rooms within this hotel too. Check-in was very helpful, friendly, and professional. My room looked great when I got into it. It was nice and clean and everything worked properly. The TV had a great assortment of channels and even had Pluto TV, which is what I’ve been watching a lot of lately. Only issue I had with the room and housekeeping was on my second day, the house keeper did a very poor job of refreshing my room, taking only some dirty towels, while leaving one behind and other things that weren’t tended to. Overall, I’d definitely return to this property in the future!
