    Great room, pools, and service

Great service, clean room, nice pools and hot tub. Beautiful view. Cosette was so nice and helpful, working with us to get the perfect room for our stay and explaining everything we needed to know.

    Really 4.5 stars??

Just okay. This is not a five Star hotel if comparing to authentic 5 stars. Lobby is nice. Service people friendly. Did not have food. Rooms adequate. Bathrooms definitely need upgraded. Isolated compared to Palmetto Dunes hotels. Love HHI but not sure there is a 4 Star hotel let alone 5 star.

    Rosemary from Ingredients

We visited Westin Resort in July and had a great time! Rosemary from Ingredients made my mornings perfect with my cortado. Her cortados were consistently spot on! It is clear she takes pride in her craft. Thank you!

Nice but not worth the price.

Nice but not worth the price. PROS: The resort has restaurants and other amenities that allow you to stay on property. The beds were comfortable and the grounds were well-maintained. CONS: It’s an older property. The shower never drained even after we notified the front desk, the air vent was dirty, the walls were thin and we weren’t given parking instructions upon arrival.

    Great customer service

Prince Keshri had the best service in the restaurant we visited called The Carolina Room. His recommendations were spot on and the Lobster and scallop Linguine was top notch. Brooklyn (who worked at the front desk) also had excellent customer service while helping us. We will definitely visit again.
