Do not book here, dirty, unfriendly $17.00 valet and there is no staff? Needed towels took them 1:20 to bring to room Bugs and roaches in room, plus hair on sink and a nasty nasty multiple trash cans in room with no bags in cans Not forget poor plumbing - jammed toilet and a broken faucet in tub Two nights $595 plus a rude manager at front desk “ Spencer “
This is what you can expect at The Westin Resort HHI
Disgusting is all we can say. We had to bring this to the attention of the hotel TWICE . The hotel told us to email the Dir. of Housekeeping these pictures the second time. Poor customer service and service recovery from a 4 star hotel.

I think its important to recognize that my stay was during this Pandemic. I think it's also important to say I have been in the hospitality business for years and been and ambassador level Bonvoy for many. I mention that only to say, I have probably penned only 10 reviews and have spent about 1,500 nights in hotels the last 10 years. My second stay here. Great property. Great location. Great Staff. Westin room (read-good bed). This is a review of people during a very difficult time in the hospitality industry. "Is it a job or is it something you really want to do with your life? would be a question I would (and have) asked hospitality workers. Its hard/24-7. obnoxious people, pop-up weddings you didn't know about etc. Here....Duke at the bar (its a career) he cares and smiles and interacts. He gets his tips because he genuinely wants guests to have a great 1-10 days at HIS property. Claudia....It will be her career. She was training and was highly attentive and also cares about the guest experience. Elis-can't beat this guy. He gets hospitality and cares. When something happens, he over-compensates with a smile and a rebound. He will go far. Now for my only ding....Jay at that bar. I can tell you have been there a while. You go through the motions and serve. Hardly a smile (say you smile at 2 attractive women yesterday). No name tag on Friday-says a lot. When my girlfriend and I ate the wings with you and I I requested another napkin, you forget and when I asked "how about that napkin?" your response was "oh yeah" and you grabbed a bunch of cocktail paper napkins. We all sometimes don't want to be at work but when you are and we are paying a lot of money to be there it would be nice to feel like the servant mentality that I have always lived by. Overall-awesome hotel and I will be back. These are tough times for all socially and economically and I appreciated your associates that made my stay wonderful
Already booking our next staycation HERE less than 48 hours after check-out
My Home away from Home. My friend and I had originally booked our room for a spontaneous, one night "Staycation." Long story short, we ended up staying an extra three days because of the wonderful experience we had on our first day, that carried on throughout the entirety of our stay. While the resort as a whole: property, spa, ocean views and such, are all beautiful, the customer service at the Westin on Hilton Head is unparalleled to any other experience i've had at other resorts. I cannot enough praise for Alex at the front desk. He is one of the main reasons why we continued to extend our stay. His happy, bright and vibrant energy is so contagious and extremely welcome amidst these uncertain times. He went above and beyond any and all expectations we had and his genuine love for serving others shows by how much he cares for each and everyone of the Westin guests he comes into contact with. In addition to an outstanding individual like Alex, I would be remiss if I did not mention the wonderful staff members at View 32 who made our staycation a memorable one: Jay, Duke, Ferris and Kasey, thank you all. I could go on and on but long story short, we cannot wait to book our next weekend staycation with the Westin!
Breathtaking resort that’s pet friendly!
We stopped in at this gorgeous upscale beautiful resort on our way to Florida and I could not be more pleased. We got an amazing rate due to COVID-19. This hotel has the most amazing staff that’s extremely knowledgeable and very welcoming! Due to the circumstances they were able to waive my pet fee because the pool was not open however you are able to walk through the pool area to get to the private beach. The location is absolutely amazing. The pools look so beautiful I will definitely recommend this place to anyone stopping in the area. Absolutely amazed by the customer service this is exactly what you should expect from a Marriott. From the moment I checked in I knew that I made the right choice by staying at this resort absolutely impressed!!two thumbs up. Marriotts by far are the way to go I will definitely be recommending this place to all of my colleagues friends and family if you get a chance to stop by Hilton head please come visit this resort
