    Had a great experience

The service was phenomenal. They did a great job of caring for us and making sure we were comfortable. Will definitely book with them again in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone going to Vegas.

    Best hotel on the strip

Perfect stay. Clean, spacious and luxurious rooms. Beautiful hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Great selection of restaurants, and amazing shopping. Pool area can be very busy and noisy especially thurs-sun when the pool party is on at Tao, but great atmosphere! Sun loungers are also hard to come by on the weekend so prepare to leave your stuff by the edge of the pool while you cool off and wait for other loungers to become free! Great hotel, wouldn’t stay anywhere else, can’t wait to come back!

    Love the Suites

Service given was exceptional. Rooms spotless! I love that all of the rooms are Suites. Only thing I'd change is the volume at the pool on the 4th floor was extremely loud. They do have a pool on the 10th floor that's quieter, although we had several younger family members so we stayed at the party pool.

Tao Beach Day club ruined the Venetian Resort

Ridiculously loud and obnoxious TAO beach club ruined my stay! It is right next to the pool so you cant enjoy the pool without being annoyed. You cant enjoy an afternoon nap if you’re in the Venetian tower because it is too loud in your room! This club pulls young rowdy people from the strip to party and make a lot of money off the tickets. Trust me I felt I was at a music festival!

On 5/15/22, I was awaken at 6am with a continuous loud noise. After 20-30 min, I called the front desk to report and after several visits to my room and a hour and 30min later, they found out where it was coming from. But the noise continued until after 9am. So after gambling in your casino to 3am, I was awaken at 6am, and then attended the music festival that I traveled to Las Vegas for at 11am-12am. I was completely exhausted. The best your hotel offered was 2 days of resort fee refunded ($90), from the $2,000 I spent for my room. Construction work should not have been permitted that early under your rooms, unless it was an emergency.
