Much Needed Fun
This resort is one of my favorites for so many reasons. Staff is very helpful and friendly, lots of options for things to do, clean, the bedding is so comfy, all rooms are suites, and it is such a gorgeous place. We can’t wait to come back when it’s warmer and enjoy the pools more. Room tip: upgrade to the strip view room on the higher floors, we noticed that the elevators were less crowded
Room was great. I’m glad we upgraded to a suite. Wrong room assigned at first. Occupied. Yikes! Mini bar items/pricing are confusing. Made an assumption that above counter snacks and waters were complimentary with upgrade. Oops.
Very clean rooms and sanitization standards are very high. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Parking can be sometimes difficult to find if you don’t want to do a vallet. Also, no robes or slippers in the room not sure if this was due to Covid. Overall an amazing experience!
Gone down hill
Place has gone down hill. Customer service used to be exceptional but recent stays show otherwise. Have stayed here since 2011, multiple times a year, but now will consider MGM or Aria. Maybe others will get service like it used to be.
BEST REWARDS EVER!
This was my 3rd time staying at the Venetian on an offer they sent me. Three nights complimentary with $200 in dining credits. They gave us the most luxurious room my wife and I ever stayed in. Also surprised us with a very good bottle of champagne. We were very happy with our stay. All the staff at the Venetian were happy to help. I want to give a shout out to Joseph at who works at the check-in counter. I remembered him from the first time he helped us. Probably the coolest and helpful guy out of all the resorts and hotels I ever stayed in. I wish more people that work in the check-in area are like him.
