No breakfast
Arrived at 8 PM it’s a $45 Uber ride to the hotel I get to the hotel. I check in there’s a $380 resort fee doesn’t look much like a resort plus I’m Travelocity. I asked for breakfast included that was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel I get here. The receptionist told me no there is no breakfast included. That’s not how it was booked so no breakfast I have to pay for that plus the resort fee. I’m writing this the first day here rooms are small. I got the king size bed with the the partial ocean view. I look at the balcony and look to the left and there is the ocean kind of upset that I had to pay for breakfast for this whole vacation when I paid $1600 for the five days stay

We did not have a good stay.
Initial room was not ready when we arrived. It had a carpet drying blower running full blast. Moved into a new room. That room the AC did not work. Had it at 59 the 3 days we were there and it did not cool room down. Room next to us, the occupants smoked marijuana on the balcony. Couldn't keep our patio door open due to smell. Very noisy from pool below and street at night and after 10:00pm.

First time Staying at Twin Fin with group of 26
Allison, Sofia, and Cody were all so great and very responsive. They were super accommodating of our group of 26. The elevators were very busy at times, but it's going to be like that everywhere. Same with the valet. Luckily, you can text ahead of time so they can grab your car. This was the first time we held our event here and we will be returning next year!

Superb. The best of multiple worlds in one.
Superb location at best part of waikiki beach with great snorkeling, surfing and bodyboarding. 3 free daily beach items through aligned beach store. Superb (paid) breakfast on 21st floor with spectacular views. Superfriendly staff. No surcharge fee for 4 people in one room. It does not get much better than this. Aloha!

Steer clear of valet
Nice place. Right on the main road close to everything you need. The rooms are a little run down but not bad at all. The elevators take forever so be patient. The 21st floor Coconut Club was only open for breakfast. The only reason I didn't rank this higher 4-5 is because of their valet service. Valet costs $55 a day + taxes. They are super pushy, and unhelpful. Getting your car takes a LONG time. I was just dropping people off and the valet guy opened my door and started arguing with me! I felt so uncomfortable with their valet that I parked on the street and walked the entire stay to avoid dealing with the awful and aggressive valet.
