Great 1st Time Experience
Absolutely a fantastic experience, from checking in to checking out 4 days later. The entire staff, from reservation checkin to guest services, and the house keeper. All were fantastic! Please send me a promotional invitation, I will definitely be back!
Not a signature
Not what it used to be. Stay somewhere else. Stains in the carpet and drapes. And you will be waiting in your car on the street to get in to valet. They even put up a sign to tell us to go park somewhere else.
This was our 3rd visit. We've never considered any other hotel. The Signature has always been fantastic and I've always left wonderful reviews. Our room was beautiful, spacious and clean and that's where the good ends. Every time we left our room we felt like we were staying in a strip club. It was the first time I've ever felt unsafe here. People yelled and screamed outside on the balconies all hours of the night. We were woken up several times throughout the night. We tried to have breakfast at Delights in tower 2 on the patio but there were people smoking marijuana. We never went back. I did not book my stay at a 1 or 2 star party hotel but that's what we got. We invited another couple and I was embarrassed for them. We paid a lot of money in room rates and resort fees and definitely feel we overpaid. I emailed the hotel and got absolutely no response. We were more than disappointed and will look for other hotels for our 4th trip.
We stayed here over labor day 2020, it was quiet and calm compared to the strip. Rooms were clean, Jacuzzi tub was great, sizable vanity for myself and my boyfriend to share the space. The valet was a little disorganized, both for guests and Uber/Lyft/food deliveries. It was understandable given recent closures, etc., just hoping this is remedied for future guests.
Not impressed. Stayed in room 7819 for 3 nights; once I checked in, there was a sticker tape on the door stating the room has been cleaned. See attached picture of the shower head that maybe hasnt been cleaned in over 10 years. Also hair lingering on the floor next to the toilet. Toilet runs after each flush for over 30 minutes. Old furniture, bed post frame has a rip/tear (refer to pic). Rooms offers a DVD player with the TV . Sorry but who rents dvds anymore?!! During a pandemic, I'm not interested in brewing my 4cup coffee pot with hopes that the dark pot has ever been cleaned. Also, the cups are not individually wrapped. Consider switching to wrapped cups and a Kcup or Nespresso program. Overall for a "signature" hotel, the rooms need an upgrade. Be cautious with the nice vehicles outside in valet because the prices are aggressively cheap during this time which offers a different "clientele" . Did not feel comfortable walking around alone. In Room dining is nonexistent and if you want anything at all convenient, there's a small grab and go place downstairs that closes at 7p with a limited menu called Delight. If you're a vegetarian, just starve. They barely have anything to offer unless you walk to the MGM and hunt for something dodging the endless new crowd that's at the resort due to the cheap rates. The overall good thing is the valet guys are very nice and prompt with their service. Probably the best thing that's right at this hotel. Wouldn't plan to stay here again.
