Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Misleading Amenities
We stayed at The Signature at MGM Grand from July 3–5 and were extremely disappointed with the experience. From the moment we checked in, the service was disorganized and unhelpful. We asked which tower was closest to the MGM Grand casino and were incorrectly told Tower 3—when Tower 1 is much closer. This made navigating the property needlessly inconvenient. The in-room “At Your Service” line was essentially useless. I waited over 25 minutes on hold without ever speaking to anyone. Throughout our stay, multiple employees promised to call us back about various requests, including luggage delivery and EV charging—yet not a single person followed through. It took over 90 minutes just to get our bags delivered to the room. For a hotel that positions itself as a luxury property, this level of service is unacceptable. One of the main reasons we chose The Signature was the advertised electric vehicle charging, which turned out to be completely misleading. There are only three chargers for the entire property, with no reservation system and no way to track which cars need charging. A valet attendant told us she would call either way—whether they were able to charge the car or not—so we could plan accordingly for our drive home. That call never came. No effort was made to resolve any of these issues during our stay, and we were left to deal with the consequences ourselves. I expected far better from an MGM property and from a listing featured through Costco Travel. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others until the hotel makes serious improvements to both service and communication.

Rooms are spacious and nice but check in time is not guaranteed
Lovely room, large space, great balconies with views. Usually check in fine without a problem but this last time was not allowed to check in till 630. Not the experience I was hoping for but good rooms for price, just need to make sure your rooms are ready at the time specified.

Great service but do your research.
I really enjoyed the stay here. They treat you like royalty. The valet opens the doors for you alongside taking your car. Staff is relatively communicative and helpful. That being said, me and my boyfriend are young and this was our first stay. Some things we didn’t know and were treated very rude due to a lack of knowledge. Check in and out was pretty easy. The guy who checked us out was rude and pushy when I was asking questions pertaining to a future stay. I will be staying here again it was a great experience the pool is awesome it is gated aswell.

The MGRs have no clue how to treet the customer at the Pool Or Hotel , Nice way to treet a vet. Steal from him . Had a issue at the pool , showed them what was is on the web site offer , after we complained and was tossed of the pool , I see the web page was changed that day . Operations MGR Steve Salaverria is a lyer .
