Great stay!
Lovely room with comfy bed and nice view. Somewhat of a walk to the Uber/Lyft area but not terrible. The monorail is not far either. Very quiet at night and that was nice after the craziness of the Strip. Loved having in room coffee and minifridge. Hoping to return soon.

Lack of service is disappointing
Service continues to go down hill, direct you to use mobile key doesn’t work, tell you to use kiosk to get physical key no kiosk at building, only one person working at front desk have to wait in long line to get key Had hot water issues front desk told me to return to my room and call for help and wait in my room until resolved. It’s clear MGM has really declined while at the same time jacking up junk fees. On the flip side the room was great

Disgusting in every sense
Rude valet, even more rude front desk staff. No one is willing to even try to help, they just say “it’s not my department”. They have no concept of hospitality. Hotel is totally outdated and dirty - door didn’t lock, toilet made noise all night, enough dust on the smoke detectors that the emergency alarm for the entire hotel went off at 5am Sunday morning and the cops were called. Do not stay here

Stress free Stay
I would stay here again. We were in tower 3 maybe 6-7 minutes from the Casino on foot. You have 3 long hallways with the automated walkways like the airport. Valet parking comes with your stay for free and believe me when I say it saves a lot of time and stress when you have to look for parking and then walk a country mile to a elevator or the front desk. Pull up in front get out leave your keys they get in and that's it go inside and within 2 to 3 minutes you're in your room

Signature towers doesn’t disappoint!
Always great to come to the Signature Towers and have a mini kitchen available to warm up food. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive. The work desks could use more outlets but I’m usually prepared for that. Great views from the balcony! Definitely will come back!
