Great location. Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. We had the best service there during breakfast. Alma was so attentive and helpful Alma, fue muy atenta y servicial con nosotros. Pero todo el personal del restaurante fueron muy amables.

The ARA restaurant was amazing. The food was delicious and the staff was wonderful. Our waitress Alma was incredible she was a gracious host. The customer service was superb. She was down to earth and made sure we had everything we needed. If you ever get a chance to visit the restaurant make sure you ask for Alma.

Great service
Great service from the people working in the hotel, especially from the hardworking Mrs. Alma at the breakfast. She has a very friendly smile and threats you like you are at home. I also had a great service from Mrs. Maria during breakfast. Keep up the good work.

The bed was comfortable, and the shuttle service to the Galleria was prompt and friendly. HOWEVER: for the price you are better staying elsewhere. 28 dollars for the breakfast buffet per person ~30 dollars for parking per day This is unreasonable when you are already paying for a room.

Overall great stay and would recommend to couples
Stayed over during a weekend trip and was happy about the outcome of staying here, check-in process was quick but may have been due to the 10pm check in. We stayed at the premier 1 king corner room with great space and view. The bedding was decent with the bathroom being slightly larger than average with little toiletries (shower cap, make up wipes, nail filers and Q-Tips), the highlight for the room was the corner location and windows it has, added a lot of natural light. Took advantage of the hotels in-house bar and PJs Coffee and grabbed a glass of champagne / iced coffee, staff members were very kind and efficient (coffee was fantastic). We were able to bring the champagne glasses into our room as well which is a larger plus! We had pre-paid two day breakfast buffet for a party of two which was a wonderful suprise, so flavorful!. The options range from the usual hotel choices of eggs, bacon, sausage, potates to fruit, cured meat, smoked salmon, Breakfast is located inside their restaurant and the staff there is impeccable, we were given fantastic service from Ms. Alma. Alma was the first person to jump and help us when we were just standing around looking confused and helped us get settled until we had re-sat down to eat, afterwards it was a few checks. On our last day Ms. Alma found us and helped us pack to-go order as we were leaving late and didnt think we would have enough time to sit, she remembered our drinks and asked if we wanted to-go as well and grabbed them immediately. I am so happy to have recieved help from her as she was the kindest person! Check out process was also very smooth, invoicing was sent to me electronically and we had parked our car in the self-parking garage and dropped off our keys in the depsot box. Overall the stay was wonderful with kind staffing, quick service and good location to multiple tourists attractions. Extra Note: T.V is pretty outdated with no added features other than the basic cable channels and would sometimes loose connection / sound.
