Thanksgiving get together
Met up with family at the resort to celebrate Thanksgiving. Everyone had a great time and the weather was outstanding. All the meals were fantastic with a lot of different cuisines to choose from. Very busy do to a tournament that was going on but everything hummed along nicely.

The most incredible resort I've ever visited
There's no words to describe this place. I've seen videos and pictures online, but in person it's 1000 times better. I've been to a lot of amazing resorts around the world and I would have to say this takes the cake!

Tip Fatigue
Property and rooms were all fine for our trip. Unfortunately we all experienced tip fatigue. Tips are automatically applied for any and all purchases you make on the property. Even the convenience store. On top of that, the service staff will aggressively “help” you as they also are in search of a tip. For example, the bell and valet service people will try taking your luggage from you without asking if you need help first. At first it seems helpful, but then after you experience similar behaviors all across the property you kind of get turned off by it.

Better than Cabo but food just ok
First trip to the Bahamas and the resort area was in good shape. Like Cabo the surrounding town is a mix of shabby and nice. The food was underwhelming. It is bad when room service and Shake Shack were the best food that we ate on the trip.

Theives
On returning home I discovered that my cc had been charged for something that was not on my bill nor did it pertain to me. I have contacted QA both via email and telephone with no resolution (as yet) . I feel betrayed that such a well thought after and busy resort allows this sort of thing to happen. My accommodation was also changed following booking with no reason given . I would have cancelled the whole vacation but I had already paid for the flights . All in all it was not a pleasant stay
