Rino and staff are exceptional
Had a great time at a beautiful resort in the Ritz Carlton in Aruba. Despite Covid, Rino, our host and casino director. and the staff did a amazing job of making me and my friends feel safe and comfortable during our stay. The people in Aruba were wonderful as well and I would recommend anyone who is interested in having a great time at a beautiful resort with a friendly casino to strongly consider the Ritz Carlton as an option even during these difficult times. I’m looking forward to returning to stay there again. 5 stars!!!!
This is the nicest hotel on the Island with comfortable rooms and friendly helpful staff. Only choice for Aruba vacations! Food is very good and service is unmatched. It is also the newest hotel on Aruba was everything is top notch and in great condition.
5 Stars are not enough
This has been an extremely difficult time for the entire world, so this two week repreive from it all was just what we needed, and I cannot thank the entire staff of the Ritz Carlton Aruba enough for everything that they did to make this a happy stay on "One Happy Island". Kiana, you are a gem, and we cannot thank you enough for everything that you did to make our stay so amazing. All of the concierge team were amazing, and I simply cannot remember all of the names to thank them personally here, but please know that you are greatly appreciated and do a fantastic job! The beach staff, Dylan, Eduardo, the Dominicano guy whose name we cannot pronounce, the guy whose mother is Haitian, and all others, were so good and on top of everything for us that words cannot express how much we appreciate their efforts. The last day of our stay they even went as far as to play salsa and reggae music that I requested at the Madero beach bar/restaurant just to make our last day great, and it made our last day so special, along with the bottle of iced Prosecco we ordered to celebate the end our two week stay. The beach is beauiful with such calm, clear, and warm waters. The food was delicious at the entire resort. It was just great, folks, so this is where you want to stay in Aruba for a guaranteed 5 star vacation with exceptional service, and this was our second trip to Aruba and the Ritz Carlton Aruba, and it will not be our last.
Home away from home
We just came from Aruba and looking forward to go back there again. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, the view from our room was breathtaking, the food in all restaurants in the hotel were delicious. The ritual cafe has the best dark chocolate and Ferraro Roche ice cream. They have a nice selection of cocktails that you could enjoy at the beach and will be served right away thanks to Segway guys. Every employee had their masks on and there were signs everywhere to remind the guests to have use their face masks. Hand sanitizer dispenser were everywhere if you forget to bring yours. Unfortunately due to pandemic they didn’t have any kids activity for our 10 year old daughter but the pool and mostly the beach were enough to keep her busy and happy. By the way they have a second adults only pool. But most importantly I haven’t met such friendly staff anywhere in my life. Every single one of them went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. When Buzz saw us leaving for an island tour, he filled the UTV’s cooler with ice and bottled water and gave us towels in case we needed them. When Janet heard we were complaining about sunburn, after serving us the perfect breakfast, she came back with fresh aloe leaves in her hands because they would work better than store bought product (it really did!). I wish I could’ve remembered every single one of their names to thank them over here. Hendrick, Buzz, Adiela, Janet, Alison, Chris a few names we could remember. I would definitely recommend the Ritz Carlton Aruba and will definitely visit them again, and again, and again.
We ended up here after our first hotel was subpar. The property, the beach and the service is beyond fantastic. Amazing sunset form balcony. The first day there were some unruly guests yelling racist and homophobic slurs to each other and playing loud music. The hotel ha does it beautifully and they were gone the next day. Carlos the manager was so apologetic and stressed that this was not the hotels philosophy and went out of His way to make it right. We were so impressed we extended our stay another day. The restaurants were good and the pool side wings and drinks delicious. Best pina colada I’ve ever had. Already booked to come back Nov for thanksgiving with the kids.
