    Great Stay, beautiful scenery and view

    I recently stayed at this location for a conference within the Venetian. The property is beautiful. There is so much to do with the entire resort without even leaving. The second floor has a large selection of shop and restaurants. The first floor, where the casino is located, also has a large variety of restaurants. I stayed on the 32nd floor, which had a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had no issue at all with my stay, and would love to stay here again in the future.

    Best hotel in las vegas

    Very spacious and clean room.staff were excellent. Casinos are great and lots of fun. So many restaurants to choose from and great food too. Will definitely keep coming to this place.I love the Gracie rewards as well.

    "Great staffs, very safe, comfy bed, nice views, all of hotel amenities are easy access very convenient for food and shopping, there are very good restaurants, for business convention or tours. also located at center of Las Vegas strip,petc.

    Great Stay @ Palazzo

    Palazzo offers beautiful rooms, pool area, and restaurant choices. Grand Lux has excellent food with a large menu which is open 24/7. My favorite is the Miso salmon. Many restaurants between the Palazzo and Venetian for steaks, pasta, seafood, and Mexican.

    Nice and clean hotel.

    I booked through AMEX Platinum Fine Hotel + Resort. The overall stay was good. I got an upgrade by using AMEX Platinum and used the late checkout at 4pm. The hotel is clean and modern. My kid loved the pool. I would like to see more kids-friendly places in the hotel. However, there are a couple of deductions in stars: - It was supposed to come with a bottle of champagne, but I never received it throughout the entire stay. - I was supposed to receive a food and beverage credit, but it was not applied correctly. I had to call and wait for 30 minutes to have it fixed.
