“You will get a room when we are ready to give you one”

After being shuffled from one building to another, being told by the front desk that rooms aren’t guaranteed to be provided at any specific time despite prepaid reservation for two people one night in the Palazzo, and spending an hour begging for a room so we could shower and literally run to a 7PM show we had tickets for, we done the favor of being provided a room a some time after 6PM. Of you’re familiar with this hotel, you can pre-checkin and retrieve keys anytime and they’ll be activated once a room is assigned to you. We did this at 1PM and at 5 I started calling and asking for help. WAY TOO MUCH WORK TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL. In the end it was $738 to use the room for 16 hours.

    Lovely, spacious suites

Spacious, clean rooms with a very comfortable bed. Security is good and there is a Starbucks at the lobby elevators. Casino is near the elevators and has less smoke than most casinos. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

    You won't be disappointed.

Clean and beautiful room. This is our go to hotel. I love that it's at the outer edge of the strip so easy to get in and out of the area. Elevators can get crowded but manageable. Lots of food choices. Can pretty much stay here the entire time.

Really beautiful place, but I expected more

The Palazzo is a beautiful hotel inside and out. The rooms are huge and beautifully designed though a little dated. Amazing strip views. Really nice pools. The staff that I dealt with were all lovely and friendly. The proximity to great restaurants and shopping is wonderful. I booked through the AMEX Platinum program and was given a nice room upgrade (that I didn't use because the room took too long to be cleaned and I didn't want to waste any more of my day) and all of the credits were seamlessly applied. I didn't get the sparkling wine that was promised even though I asked for it the night before. I know we're all used to being nickeled and dimed and overcharged in Vegas, but in my opinion when you say you're a luxury hotel you need to provide a luxury experience regardless of where. I'm not rich, but when I pay to stay at a luxury property I expect an extra level of comfort & convenience. I think customers need to be more demanding when these hotels are charging a premium for their supposed luxury. Visit a 5-star property in Europe or Japan etc and you'll understand what I mean. How do you call yourself a luxury property when you don't even provide robe and slippers? Guests are paying all this money and you can't even give a bottle of water in the room? Espresso machine/coffee maker? Turndown service? The Waldorf Astoria down the street has all of that, why can't the Palazzo? It was my first time staying there and it really baffled me because I was expecting so much more. I don't think I'd ever shell out the money to stay here again unless it's deeply discounted.

    Terrible Experience, never again.

Used to be a nice place, don't know wehere to start from . Bed bugs, the dealers are extremily nasty at the casino. $200.00 meal at pescheria was terrible where they charged me double.and 2 months after I have been there they are still trying to over charge me $370.00 for no reason . Contacted them 5 times, They were investigating the mater. disputed with amex, and this morning they charged me again .They seem to take their guests for granted, not me, not anymore.
