Just ok
Don't do the Prestige package - it's not worth it. We did't get any of the amenities they had and it was expensive and changed by the day. The Casino smells like smoke and the concierge was useless. The only thing nice is Canyon Rance spa. No water in the rooms, no coffee in the rooms and $150 charge if you put your own water in the minibar. Crazy!

Fantastic venue and facilities
After having to cancel our planned anniversary trip in 2020 we finally rescheduled in 2023. After conversations with travel agent they persuaded us to change our original planned hotel and go for The Palazzo instead, so pleased we did. Room was much bigger than we expected, with the advantage of the separate seating area. We were on floor 38 and facing The Strip and so had great views both during the day and at night. Being linked to The Venetian means that it is easy to get lost!, there are plenty of shops and walkways to explore, not to mention the indoor Gondolas. So many restaurants to choose from but we only actually used The Grand Lux Cafe for breakfast most days, then eating elsewhere in Las Vegas for the rest of the day as we explored around the city. We found the staff very friendly and also were helped by the concierge desk staff a couple of times, who again were very helpful. Would absolutely recommend staying here, we knew this was a little more expensive than some other hotels but as it was for an anniversary trip and we were travelling from the UK, we felt it would be worth it. As we found out, it was even better than we anticipated.

Beautiful king suite with view of Sphere!
Never in a million years would I have thought of staying here, due to my low-budget mentality--but I was determined to see U2 at Sphere so I booked the ticket/room deal with Vibee. We loved the staff, our room was fantastically clean and lovely, Great view and excellent room service breakfast. I would love to stay here again!

Really nice hotel.
The Palazzo is a beautiful hotel on the Las Vegas strip. We had a room with a King bed and sunken sitting area. The room was large and very clean. Given the size of the rooms and the size of the hotel the cleanliness was impressive. We had a great view of the Sphere which was fun to watch. The beds are on the firmer side with a variety of pillow firmness to chose from. There wasn't any noise issues other than hearing the occasional airplane (we were on the 39th floor). The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are a large range of food options and a Walgreens. We bought soda, water, and snacks from Walgreens to save money. One note was there is not a mini refrigerator or coffee maker which is surprising and one thing I would like to see changed. I would recommend the Palazzo.

It was fine
Nice hotel but expected a little better service for an expensive five star hotel. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there (even tho we checked in online) and the room wasn’t too clean - one day they didn’t make the room either.
