Great concert great time
This was our first time at the Venetian, we were in town for the Eagles Concert at the Sphere and to celebrate a birthday. Great choice of resorts. Accessing the Sphere was so easy, the rooms were so nice, and we actually won some money. Only improvement would be to add a coffee maker to the room. The line for Starbucks for the morning coffee is long.

Love this hotel
Love this hotel, the suites are large and perfect for a family of 4 (kids aged 9 and 12). Have stayed here before and as always the service is great. We got a lovely view of the strip on the 42nd Floor. The lifts always quick. The pool area is great - lots of choice but annoyingly no umbrella’s at all. Unless you get a cabana there is no way to get shade other than to find naturally shady spots and live around as the day progresses. We always went about 4pm before dinner and it was lovely. There is a lifeguard at each pool so feels very safe. The only other annoying thing compared to all other hotels we have stayed at is no coffee machine. That’s really frustrating. You can spend ages wandering round the palazzo and venetian hotel area looking for drinks and food whilst you orient yourselves, the whole area is huge. A good place for a quick pastry and coffee first thing is the canyon ranch on the 3rd floor by the pool. Also no fridge in the room, other than a filled minibar. The daily maid service was great. The hotel is in a great location on the strip, we walked pretty much everywhere. It was family friendly. Will definitely stay here again when we come to Las Vegas.

Luxury at Its Finest – My New Go-To in Vegas
I stayed at The Palazzo during the HIMSS25 conference, and it was absolutely exquisite—easily one of my new favorite place to stay in Vegas. While I did not have time to enjoy the pools or other fun amenities, the suite itself was nothing short of stunning: spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom alone felt like a spa—dual sinks, an oversized jacuzzi tub, multi-head shower, a separate water closet, and a TV, (which I always think is silly.) The step-down living room offered plenty of seating, and the power blinds with multi-layered window treatments were a luxurious touch. Quiet hallways and no noise from adjoining rooms made for a peaceful stay. The only downside? Navigating the hotel. Like many Vegas properties, getting to the conference areas in the main Venetian and other connected hotels was a hike. Digital directional signage sometimes changed, which made it tricky. Comfy shoes are a must. I appreciated the extra layer of security—a guard posted at the elevator hallway made it feel even more exclusive. Pro tip: steer clear of the in-room bar unless you are prepared for serious sticker shock, as we all know. Out of desperation (and no time to grocery shop or hit an ABC Store), I grabbed the large bottled water in the room and had a good laugh later when I saw the $16 charge. It’s Vegas. What can you do? Expensive? Yes. But totally worth it. The shops onsite are also excellent—high-end and worth browsing if you have time, though not as exclusive as Chrystals. All in all, The Palazzo delivered an elegant stay with all the Vegas glam you could want.

Eagles and the stay at The Palazzo At The Venetian
My wife and I just came back from seeing the Eagles and stayed at The Palazzo. What a great trip. The rooms are some of the biggest we have ever stayed in in Las Vegas. There is a separate step down seating area with a couch, table and desk. The bed was ver comfortable. We chose to stay here for the proximity to the Sphere which is within walking distance via the indoor walkway which we used on our way back to our room. Grabbing a Taxi was very easy which we did to get to Paris for Dinner before the show (VanderPump) . The shopping in the Canal Shops are good a lot to pick from no matter what you are looking for. There is a lot and we did get turned around several times but we did end up finding some cool places because of that. If you are going to attend a show at the Sphere very much recommend to stay here.

Smoke Filled Haze in the Casino
The hotel is very nice, but very old school and needs updating in terms of adding outlets for electronics in the rooms. I was surprised that they didn’t at least have lamps or clocks, which you find in many hotels, that have plug ins for charging your phone and other electronics. But, nope. Other than that, I thought it was clean, bed was comfortable, everything was in good working order, great security, the rooms are huge and very well maintained. All good. But, the thing I hate about casino hotels is the smoke filled haze in the casino and lobby. I honestly don’t know how the employees work in this environment and wonder about the long term effects on their health. Fortunately, I’m not a gambler, so I walked through to the elevator as quickly as possible so that my clothes and hair didn’t reek of smoke. Other than that, I’d recommend the hotel, but now that I’ve lived the Palazzo experience, I won’t be back. I’ve stayed at the Bellagio and Paris hotels previously and don’t remember the smoke in the casino being quite as bad.
