    One of the nicest rooms in Vegas

    This stay was flawless - no wait for check in, rooms were spotless and ours 1,000sq ft as we upgraded with a view of the strip from the 46th floor. Although more expensive than other hotels on the strip can be, I definitely think it is worth the extra money. We had such a lovely time here and would definitely stay again if visiting vegas in the future.

    Complete satisfaction

    The Palazzo is without a doubt the gem on the strip. From check in to check out you are in contact with a constant stream of staff dedicated to making your stay one that will have you wanting to come back. The casino floor, the restaurants and other amenities are sure to satisfy your needs.

    Terrible services to complain

    Good facility but terrible services and attitude. You can’t make a complaint to the staff, they would jump in the sky. I made a formal complaint report to the hotel on Oct 5, but still haven’t got any answer. So shame. Hope someone can contact me and solve the complaint.

    Beautiful resort

    The resort was beautiful. We don’t have the view we expected, and that we upgraded to. A “strip view” is not a strip view like you’d think. We could see a small, and I mean very small, section of the strip way off in the distance. Disappointed in that.

    Beautiful venue in the middle of the strip, but expensive...

    Beautiful location in the middle of the strip. Many cool things to see and do within walking distance. Extremely kind, competent and helpful staff, beautiful room and impecably clean. Prices for food, drinks and spa are insanely high, compared with what you get in return. The venue is too cold (room temperatures), which is a huge waste of energy. But this is a general issue in the US. The casino is very loud, especially in the evenig. One can hardly talk to each other.
