A great choice in Las Vegas!!
Ok, this is a giant hotel! But in my experience, and I’ve stayed here a LOT, they still work hard to make you feel like you matter as a guest. In my last stay, I wanted please with my room (it was right by the roof vents for one of the restaurants and smelled like it!) but Zach from guest services went out of his way to rectify this when the hotel was sold out. He not only worked hard to find me a room, but also made it easy for me, without a return to the front desk. Zach is an excellent brand ambassador for this property, and exactly why I think this is one of the best hotels in Las Vegas and worthy of your consideration!

Viva las vegas
Very nice and comfortable bed . Nice room layout. Great views. Excellent staff. Only negative was no coffee in room. Plenty of good restaurants on premises. Right on strip. Easy to walk around or catch bus to downtown. Also quick trip to airport

Price gauging!
We checked in yesterday and couldn't be more disappointed. The hotel itself is very nice but the room amenities and prices are outrageous. When we got to our room, there wasn't even a bar of soap for us in the room. There is also no coffee station in the room. We ordered 2 coffees to be sent up to the room this morning and it was $36!! Yesterday we ordered 1 hamburger to the room and it was $53 and it came in a paper bag!! Last night we went out to have a drink at one of the bars here and the bill came out to $75. They are completely out of hand here. I've never seen such price gauging in my life!

Grotesquely overpriced
At Check in, don´t expect to get a room EVEN if it has been prepaid in full... And EVEN if there already is a creditcard on file... The person that paid for the room HAS to be there physically, with an ID and the card that was used to prepay the room... Can be somewhat difficult when the card belongs to a company... You will also need to pay additional fees using a creditcard... Debitcards are not accepted, even if that is a safer method of payment... Requesting hypoallergenic bedware BEFORE check in is also not possible... It can only be doneat check in... Resort fees, and the 150 dollar fee / reserv for "incidentals", ALSO has to be chrged to a creditcard... See above....

Palazzo Hotel in Vegas is a great choice!
Palazzo is a beautiful hotel/resort. The rooms are all spacious suites and are pristine. It’s so nice to relax in a living room area when you come back from a show or the casino. Bathrooms are huge. The concierge was so nice and helpful in finding us a show. Palazzo is a sister to the Venetian so you can go back and forth without ever going outside. The passage way between is nice and has many upper end restaurants/bars along the way. I feel very safe staying here. I will stay at the Palazzo again for sure!!
