Perfect in Every Way! (except three)
We almost always stay in the Palazzo tower when we come to Las Vegas because we absolutely love it! In a town where customer service is king, this property wears the crown. It starts with the front desk. We are always greeted by the cheerful staff and the check-in process is always smooth. They are perceptive - whether you are tired from a long travel day, need some water, and just want to get to the room, or are leisurely checking in, they seem to adapt to your situation and mood. All of the suites are the same and it doesn't really matter much where you are located, although if you ask for a different suite, the staff will look and try to accommodate a room change request. And you don't have to walk a mile to get to the elevators! The suites are quiet, clean and comfortable. We always sleep well, no matter the time of day. One of the best things is the lighting! So many hotel rooms are dark, but there are lots of different lighting options to make the room as dark or lighted as you want it. Housekeeping are conscientious and friendly. Services seem to go until about 3:30. It's Vegas, after all, and it's pretty great to sleep late, head out of the room at 1:30 and still get it serviced. The casino floor is excellent - not too large and not too small. It is very clean; the people doing the cleaning are like ninjas! There are ample cocktail waitresses who are always pleasant and chipper. We never find ourselves waiting for a drink - tipping well helps. Dining options are plentiful. It is nice to be able to get a more casual meal at Grand Luxe Cafe among all of the fine dining restaurants on the property. Sugarcane is our go-to, though. Donutique has also become a staple. Once or twice a trip, we grab a donut in the evening and it's great to eat it the following morning as we get going. The location is ideal for us - away from the ruckus and hustle and bustle of center strip, but a pretty easy walk to The Linq. We did walk to Bellagio...the far side of a reasonable walk. There are just three small things that could be improved to make Palazzo "perfect-er": 1. Towels: They are very small, not soft, and don't match the overall comfort and luxury of the suite. 2. Television: It reverts to the hotel home page after some time. Many guests may like to sleep with the TV on, and it stinks when you wake up in the middle of the night with the bright light and no sound. I rely on the TV being on, especially to drown out my tinnitus and the morning traffic. 3. Refrigerator: It is not usable - it's just a minibar. It's not as important as #s 1 & 2 above. It's easy to work around - warm water and red wine, and you can always fill a sink with ice if you want to bring up a couple cold beers or seltzers. Something like a small fridge - even under the sink in the bathroom, would be a welcome addition. Every time we leave Palazzo, we are always planning for the next visit. Can't wait until the next one!

Brutal price gouging for us routine customers
The Mrs and I are fans of the Palazzo. We’re fans of the Prestige Lounge and we’re fans of the Grazi program. In a previous review my wife had a very unpleasant experience with a Prestige lounge bartender but we’ve since moved on and for every few months things have been really nice here. After a day of losing a few thousand we stopped by our favorite little hideaway at the high limits bar. Needless to say I was completely flummoxed to see a Michters small batch and ginger for $51. Let me put this into perspective: A bottle of Michters costs around $50-$60. We’re not at a club we’re just sitting at the Palazzo bar. Based on their math a bottle would cost over $800 This is absolutely insane when a Macallan 12 single barrel costs $22 I asked the staff if at the very least can I send an email to the F&B Mgr and they said they’re not allowed to give names (which is pretty insulting to us guests as well) Bottom line - while the casino always wins, clearly this casino not only wins but just doesn’t care.

Late night service managers are rude and lazy!
The room was clean, the front desk staff were friendly but the machines have issues with the reward card reader and the service manager on the late shift are rude and lazy! Took 2 hours and numerous requests by the servers to get the service staff to the machine!

Great place to watch the races
Great view of the Formula One race. Huge clean rooms. Lovely staff. Pools are amazing. Great table games. Spotless restrooms in the casino. Everyone at the Venetian and Palazzo are there to make sure you are comfortable and have a great time. In my opinion, the Venetian is the best hotel in all of Vegas. Love the second floor shopping too.

Outstanding
One of the best properties I have had the pleasure of visiting. Check in/out, room cleanliness, dining experience and overall service this staff has it down packed. Myself being a hotel manager it takes a lot to impress me. Kudos and keep doing what you are doing!!!
