4th year in a row coming here and never disappoints. I love both workers Cesar and Santos. They always greet and serve us with a the best customer service. And one thing I do enjoy when being on vacation is when the servers/bartenders actually chat with you and can carry a conversation.

Santos Quintana- AMAZING SERVICE
Our friend group stayed at this resort for 7 days. Resort is beautiful and has beach front. Italian restaurant was very good. We had the pleasure of having services provided to us by Santos Quintana most of our stay and he always went above and beyond for our needs. He was highly knowledgeable about the resort and the fun events they have planned for guests. He was very professional while also having a fun friendly personality, making us feel so comfortable asking him for anything we needed. He made our trip exceptional with the amazing service he provided. Our experience was 10/10

Best waiter ever- Santos Quintana!
We had an incredible experience at The Hacienda at Krystal Grand in Puerto Vallarta, and one of the biggest highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by our waiter, Santos Quintana. Santos is the perfect combination of personable and professional—always attentive, kind, and genuinely committed to making our experience here one to remember. We can’t wait to come back and have Santos as our waiter again - or even better, in a well-deserved promotion!

Friendly staff, Carlos especially! We had a great stay. Only negatives were the constant sale vendors on the beach, and as it’s a smaller resort there aren’t as many options in the evening for a night life. Otherwise it was a great girls trip!!!

Amazing stay at the Hacienda!
Just leaving the hacienda today and I have to give out some huge props for this place! Yes it’s an older hotel but it’s very clean. It’s the staff here that make this place exceptional, Miguel at the breakfast buffet on the hacienda memorized our drink orders and always had it ready for us as soon as we got there. The servers by the pool were right there every time we finished our drinks to get us more drinks. They even brought us fresh guac and salsa to eat by the pool. While the food at the buffets here wasn’t always amazing, we were always able to find something to eat. The Italian a la carte was fantastic and the piano player was amazingly talented!! Also, there were some raccoons but they were delightful.
