This was a nice place to stay at. I had absolutely no problems here. I had a place to iron my clothes, a TV that I barely used, and a big bed to pass out on. I didn't explore the hotel too much. If I ever visited Seattle, I'd probably check this place out again.
Not up to par for the price
I picked the hotel because Covid was just starting to be a thing and I wanted luxury and room service. The food was good most meals. One was a disaster. Upon arrival at 11pm I was put in the wrong room type. I opted to wait for the right room rather than unpack for one night. It took 2 more phone calls and 45 minutes to get it fixed. I was told it was my travel agents fault. My final bill was incorrect and didn’t reflect the Signature package of one free night. After 2-3 calls was told to call my TA. And that they were shorthanded due to Covid. The room was nice enough. No complaints there. Just the mixup on room type and billing which I gave up on. On the upside. I lucked into an appointment at Penelope Beauty Bar. Had an amazing haircut and hope to return (to the Beauty Bar)
For What It Is, Not Bad...
Although valet is PRICEY, everything else wasn’t too shabby. The rooms were clean, nice bathroom and comfy bed. They check people in with a temperature device, and the staff couldn’t be anymore friendlier. If people call it a 5 star hotel, I call it a 4 1/2 star hotel. Yet the stay here was what I expected, wonderful. I would stay here again if I’m back in town anytime soon, but parking is a little expensive...
Excellent Hotel Stay
I love this hotel. Beautiful and excellent service as always. Precautions in place due to Covid 19 and areas closed as remodel unveil scheduled for September, nevertheless a wonderful experience. Excellent rates at this time. Thank you!!
Very upscale but not the most modern hotel. Its like a time machine
Had everything we needed. Excellent service from staff. The parking is pricy, but there are 3 street spots in front of the hotel that you should keep your eye on. The hotel is a little older but the service is great.
