Pets of all sizes are welcome in the hotel at a cost of $25/night (subject to change). The pet must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. Any damage incurred to the room by the pet is the responsibility of the guest. Guide dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges.
For individuals who are not able to travel with their pet, the hotel offers the services of Catie Copley, Canine Ambassador. Catie, a black Labrador formerly trained as a guide dog, warmly greets guests upon arrival to the hotel. She is also available for scheduled walks and runs with guests. Great hospitality and best location
The stay couldn’t have been more perfect. Boston is known for historical significance and Fairmont has its own history. We had our best stay of USA over here primarily driven by extremely cordial staff who ensured each and every minutest detail is taken care of, go out of their way to make the experience enriching. I have never seen this kind of hospitality in USA. Special thanks to Khadilja and Leandro along with rest of the staff.
