Excellent! Nothing was too much trouble. Kind, polite, welcoming and more!

We had a wonderful stay - staff were so kind, attentive, helpful and very accommodating. Marathon weekend had to be a busy challenge for the city, the hotel and all staff but you never would have known that! We were welcomed immediately and our stay was top notch from that point on. Everything was on point and we had an absolutely comfortable stay at Fairmont Copley.

    Another memorable Fairmont visit

The Gold floor experience remains outstanding after 30+ years of celebrating special occasions at many Fairmont hotels in Canada.

    Gorgeous, Spacious, Great Location

We took advantage of the 3rd night free promotion and it was a huge win. This is a gorgeous old world property. The rooms are a great size, bathrooms are really nice with great high end Le Labo products, and there is valet and a restaurant & bar. We had to book this last minute after family we were supposed to be staying with in Boston got very sick. The only issue I would say is that the heat turned off in the rooms during the day and in Boston even in during a cold spell in April meant when you got back to the room at night it was frigid. Also our last night they were clearly hosting prom or another huge event and being anywhere near there was VERY loud, although they did offer to move us, no charge, and keep our things in our current rooms if we wanted to. Overall would absolutely stay here again. The location could not be beat, either.

    Beautiful lobby and bar.

The hotel is beautiful and ornate. However, some of the rooms do not have a satisfactory view. Also, walls are thin.

    Northeastern Parent heaven

Old, gracious hotel with nice rooms, well appointed -- but the reason it's perfect for Northeastern parents is twofold: the T is across the street and two stops from campus (great in all weather, just saying) and the restaurant downstairs is very good, well appreciated by hungry college students. Lot of nearby options for food as well.
