Gem
Alert: there is major construction in Copley Square so don’t bother to pay extra for a view. You won’t get it and instead you will get noise. Otherwise its a lovely hotel. The Signature Suite was extremely clean and up to date while still being authentic. Reminiscent of the Gilded Age.

Fairmont Copley Plaza is a must!
You will not be disappointed with your stay at the Fairmont Copley Plaza. It's easy to get to, surrounded by walkable treasures, and truly a beautiful place to stay. We had tremendous service from Kevin, Gilbert, and Rudy on the Fairmont Gold level and Mario was a helpful doorman. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully appointed. The amenities offered were fabulous and the service we received was outstanding. Highly recommend staying at the Fairmont Copley Plaza. We will be back!

A great Anniversary mini-vacation
We had a very nice Anniversary mini-vacation at the Fairmont Copley plaza - it is a beautiful stately vintage hotel with great service - in the middle of Boston. It is such a comfortable/convenient place to stay - with great views of the entire Copley area. As with out previous stays, the service was impeccable yet still personal - among many services, it is so nice to be recognized by the Hotel staff when we return. We stayed in a corner suite on the Gold Floor - this is definitely one of the nicest hotel rooms anywhere. It was very spacious, nicely appointed & great views.

Great Place To Stay
Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The Fairmont Gold lounge was comfortable, very well laid out and private. The food selection was imaginative and tasty and a wide choice.

Perfect setting
This building is beautiful! Historic, incredible architecture, perfectly maintained. Just what we like. Don’t forget to look up at the ceilings! The staff responded promptly to requests re room which was a bit small and pricey but met most needs. It is located downtown and reminded us of how walkable Boston is. A beautiful, historic city. Bring good walking shoes!
