Grand Night at the Fairmont Copley Plaza.
We celebrated a special anniversary for a dear friend this past week. The atmosphere, food and service at the Copley Plaza exceeded our expectations! Lauren coordinated the event and was professional and attentive. Our waitstaff and bartenders Angela, Ronnie, Julio and Gilbert made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Such character
We love the Fairmont Copley Plaza for its great beauty, history and wonderful staff. We were grateful to tuck in there for an overnight after a couple of long flights. And appreciated the beautiful Christmas tree!

Will never stay here again
Vulgar, overcrowded, could not even get average service. Waited for 15 minutes for valet on arrival. Asked for car later and after ½ hour decided to take Uber or we would be late to our event. Could not get a drink. No minibar, room service wait 45 minutes. Could not get passed loud, drink crowd at bar. Room service breakfast. Food was stale and almost inedible.

We had a fantastic time. everything was perfect.
The help we received from our Gold Floor concierge employees was spectacular. They recommended and arranged for our lunch and dinner every night of our stay after asking us our preferences. Every meal was excellent! They went out of their way to help us and make it an exceptional experience. It was the highlight of our 27 day trip in New England.

Beautiful hotel in a great location.
We (my husband and I) arrived on the 2nd January at approx 9:30pm and were staying one night, on our way home to Ireland. We had travelled from the West Coast and were exhausted. We were met at reception by a wonderful ambassador for the hotel called Alexandria. She was so friendly and welcoming it felt like we were coming home. Our room was stunning, and spacious. We ate in the hotel bar that evening and the food was delicious. The bar itself, is absolutely stunning. It was "old worldy" and the decor was beautiful. The next morning we had breakfast in the hotel bar again and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately the weather did not play ball on the 3rd and it rained all day. We went over to the Copley mall and the Prudential Center which has amazing shops and it right by the hotel. When it came time to leave, we were sad to leave the hotel. It is a very special place, with a wonderful atmosphere and amazing staff. I have recommended it to anyone who has listened, and I will definitely stay there again. Thank you to all in the Fairmont Copley Plaza!
